Miller pest control is a scam I called them because I saw bed bugs in my house they immediately charged me **** dollars came in did their treatment went out of town a couple days came back And they were 100 times worse they were everywhere I called them and they informed me that was what they were supposed to do thatwrwadthe bait for the bugs I informed them that my mother who is on dialysis and ***** lived in the building and I didnt have any intention of making her the bait I went out and put ********* earth on the ground he came back after 30 days and left said he was done because I tried to self treat this company does t care about people they love putting people in ***** way that ***************** is horrible very unprofessional this company is aweful 0 stars

On 11/22 we completed a Bed Bug Inspection on the property. On 11/22 after completing the inspection that revealed the presence of Bed Bugs the client paid for services to treat his property. On 11/28 ******** returned to property and stated to us they were worse than before we told him it does take time for the process we use to eliminate the *** We offered to come out and vacuum up property on 11/29. We went to property for a 30 day follow up on 12/20 and found evidence the customer had used over the counter chemicals which effectively cancelled out the treatment we had done. As such the ** were still present, the technician did advise the customer that he had been told not to self treat as it would cancel out our treatment at that time the customer became argumentative and the technician left the property. The Service Manager did reach out and discussed with customer that by self treating he cancelled out our treatment and as such we would refund him the full amount paid and referred another ******************** to him. Customer was issued a full refund by check which was mailed on 12/21.Review fromCindy K

1 starWhen moving into my house last year, we noticed that we had quite a few spiders and wasps, and we wanted that taken care of. Enter Miller Pest and Termite. When they first came out, they assured me that they could take care of the spiders and wasps, no problem. We were put into a one year contract, where they said they would come out every month and do the outside of the property and the inside if necessary. They did an initial "treatment", and said to wait a little while and we should see results. We saw no change in the amount of spiders and wasps, so I called back and they came back out to spray. Again, no change. So we purchased our own sprays from Menards and handled it ourselves. When I called to tell them that their treatments were ineffective, they basically told me "too bad, you're in a contract and you'll have to pay the rest of the year to get out of it". So I said "fine, just continue coming every month". They said they showed up in October, November and December to treat the outside of the house, but according to my ring cameras they were never here. This company is by all accounts a scam, and I can't fo the life of me figure out how they have any other good reviews. Just know, if you stop paying them because they aren't fulfilling their end of the contract, they will send you to collections. Whatever you do, do your research and do not hire this company.Review fromAshley A

5 starsIdeally, I would never have had to use this service! However, after returning from a family vacation, I evidently brought back some unwanted visitors (BEDBUGS!) home with me. KEN w/Miller Pest & Termite has been SO very patient and helpful to me - could not ask for better service! Very friendly and professional, they are getting the job done, and I've seen MUCH success so far. When they say that they are going to ELIMINATE the problem, they really mean it!! I hope that I won't need their services in the future, but if I ever do, I will ALWAYS contact them and no one else!! 5 STAR SERVICE!Review fromLany H

5 starsI have used Miller Pest Control for 1 1/2 years and am very pleased with the service. I’ve had the same technician Sam A. Treat my residence. He is always very professional and knows the business. I am also happy with their office staff. They are always courteous if I’ve ever had to call. I referred my mother to them who also uses their service. Thank you Miller Pest Control!!
