Horrific experience. Terrible customer service. They don't stand behind their work. Difficult to get a call back.

I couldn't agree more with all previous reviews. Wish I would have seen this first. These guys are horrible at customer service. Started my roof, left it open for 3 weeks while they would not call me back. I called, emailed, texted and no response for three weeks. I finally finished it myself! They then called and asked for payment. I asked for a discount for my time. I was met with a threat about attorneys and that I would need to pay for there attorneys cost. These guys are horrible and do not belong in business. Horrible **************** someone else!!

The quality of the work is good. The quality of the customer service is trash. We chose Five Star on another friend's recommendation. Due to the supply shortages, we were patient while they worked through our insurance claim to get the materials needed. We weren't in any rush. When the siding was finally done, we chose to do an upgrade on color because it suited our tastes. Due to the length of time it took to acquire materials, the cost of siding had increased substantially and insurance wanted proof of cost via a materials list. I played intermediary between Five Star and the insurance representative because both were too lazy to contact the other, and **** refused outright to provide the itemized materials list. ************** did a good job trying to play the mediator, but no amount of good customer service from him could mediate the garbage customer service from ****.We were treated the entire time like we were trying to avoid paying a **** when really we were trying to reconcile our cost vs. what the insurance should have paid on the claim. In the end we paid around $3000 more than we should have for our color upgrade because an itemized list (with prices, because y'know, that's kind of important to the insurance agent?) wasn't provided for an accurate market adjustment. To top it all off, when we were waiting on insurance to issue a check (and to receive an updated ****, which we never received after our change order by the way, even after requesting multiple times) **** threatened arbitration to settle the cost. Honestly, I wish we would have. He would have lost, and he would have gotten what he deserved. Probably should have checked the connections of the people you were doing work for - our family comes from real-estate, construction/builders, concrete and they've all told us they have no plans to use Five Star ever again, professionally or personally. I'd say good luck, but judging by the reviews on here, no amount of luck will help you get business.
