After the derecho, I worked with a construction company; Square One. where they worked with Randy Wessling Construction to do my roof. It was mid-October 2020. It was already cold and two days later after they did the roof it snowed. When the snow melted a week later and the roof already did not look like it was done right, I assume the temperature probably did not allow the shingles to stick. The shingles were wavey. So the company took no ownership and did not accept the fact that the roof was not done right. On the first windy day in the spring of 2021, shingles were blown away. they came and fixed them. I continued to complain but they didn't redo it. So, I found two independent construction companies; Chyma Construction and Options Exterior, to investigate the roof. And they both concluded that the roof had to be redone! They took pictures and wrote reports. So I had not one, but two reports from two different non-bias construction companies saying that the roof had to be redone and was not properly done. Turned out that Randy ******* came with his crew one day and nailed the shingles down everywhere. They used tons of nails, their work was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Then I had another very windy day in the 2022 spring, where many shingles were once again lifted up. Now Randy Wessling does not want to fix the roof and decided to blame the gutter company; Options Exterior, that they caused this problem after the gutter installation in 2022. But the gutter company gave me their report earlier in 2021 and they gave me another report two days ago saying that the roof had to be redone since it was obviously not done right. Therefore, the Options Exterior stated that their installations did not cause this problem. Randy Wessling is being not only rude but extremely unprofessional and refusing to come and fix the problem he caused. He gave me a 5-year of warranty but is not holding up his end of that guarantee. I urgently ask foryour kindassistance
