    Application process is a joke. They asked for college transcripts, tax information from the last 3 years, and then added another $730 to the initial $500 deposit, due to job loss during the pandemic and due to the pandemic. Beware, there are better choices in the *********/ ********** area.

    We are sorry that the applicant was unhappy with our application process. Many applications are simple and are processed quickly, but for others we work hard to find ways to verify income instead of just rejecting them. In some instances, we offer the option of a larger deposit instead of an automatic rejection. We hope this person finds an apartment they like, and they are welcome to apply with us any time.
