              Had a online subscription for the Quad City Times newspaper through *** Enterprises that was supposed to March 21st, 2023 and they have billed $21.99 per month since then and no product received. Have called mulitiple times and keep getting different telemarketers that will not help with problem.

              I tried to cancel my subscription before the QC Times charged my Visa for a 6 month extension but they refused to give me my money back. I agreed to the E-edition subscription at $10.99 a month, then in May of 2023 got a notice it was going up to $14.99 a month and a family member just got notice it’s going up to $26.00 a month! Totally unacceptable!!! I will be canceling as soon as the QC Times has “milked” my account dry!!!

              We have been unable to address this complaint. The last name '*****' is not in our system. Since we don't have subscriber by the name *****, we reached out to the supplied email but haven't heard back.
