      On 8/6/2024 I submitted a rental application for Mylo Apartments. The fee to apply was $55 non-refundable application fee and $150 refundable admin fee, totaling $205. Immediately after submitting my application with Mylo I start to get email notifications from ******************** Two Dots initially denied my application for verification issues and then asked for additional verification. Unfortunately the verification system they wanted was down. I tried several times and showed proof of the error I was receiving. You cant speak with an actual person from this company, its all robots. Frustrated with the process, I asked on 8/7/2024 via the email provided by Mylo Apartments to contact them ******************************* to please put my application back in the denial status so that my admin fee of $150 can be refunded. All Ive been getting is the run around since then. No one that I can speak to on the phone from Mylo can assist me, they just redirect me to this email. And I havent heard anything other than the same auto-generated email. I want to hear from someone at this company about my issue.

      I've left a review everywhere I can to do my best to let people know not to live here. The landscaping is pretty, but that is the only good thing I can say about my this place. ******************************, ********, ********, and anyone else in the leasing office are pretty inattentive and ineffective when it comes to anything. Not to mention ******* will confidently give you wrong information (like when he told me an entirely new lease, not a lease transfer, but a whole new lease would cost me $500 since I am an existing resident) and be demeaning to you while he does it. Maintenance is a joke, neighbors are rude, gates don't work, cars get broken into, and there are constant pool parties that block the driveways during the spring/summer. They're always trying stupid "community engagement" stuff, but won't actually invest in trying to make their community a better place to live. I'm moving after one year and couldn't be more thrilled to leave The Preserve. And if/when they respond requesting anyone to reach out to them, I can guarantee we have. These reviews are because they take zero action.
