            I took my child into the pediatricians office for her well child check, which my insurance covers at 100%. Mercy billed improper billing codes therefore it went to my out of network deductible. They admit that this was their problem but there was nothing they can do on their end because they cannot redo the bill as it would be considered double billing as I was working through it with my insurance company mercy sent the 700 bill, which should have been 0, to collections. Now Im dealing with this and they are not willing to help. We have to get the money somehow its been a nightmare

            Truly horrible providers/professionals who should not be allowed to operate. They consistently choose the greediest option when billing, oftentimes refusing to **** to health insurance completely, leaving the patient with thousands of dollars owed. They then refuse to respond to any correspondence in less than 30 days, and when they do it is unhelpful, and further shows what they care the most about: Money.I wish ******** would take action against them as they accept ******** and ******** but never utilize it, leaving already destitute people even further in the whole. Should be illegal. They and their billing company ought to have criminal charges against them. I've personally seen them steal over $10,000.00 from ******** and ******** recipients.
