    On September 13 I paid for parts for my iPhone 12 to be repaired. The store owner said he would have the parts by Monday. I went to his business Tuesday and it was closed. I didnt go Monday because I worked late and his store closes at ***. I tried calling his store several times and the number was disconnected. I finally reached out to his ******** account and he kept deleting my comments and changing his posts to where nobody can comment on them. He laughed at my comments and lied saying I never paid him. I posted proof I paid him and he said I was a no show and there were no refunds.

    -4/8/24, $83.74, screen would be repaired & have no visible touch/screen sensory issues -dispute: I called to see if owner *** could repair front screen & back camera. After being dropped-screen had a glitch while back camera was unaligned/shakes. He said to come in for the screen & would order the camera. I paid for the screen with a remaining $40 for the camera. At glance, the glitch had disappeared so I was satisfied. I paid & left, but later I couldn't type & the keyboard wouldn't click without excessive pressure. I replaced the screen and it wasn't fixed. April 11th, I called Nas asking if I could bring the phone in again. I explained that the bottom corner was white after applying minimal pressure to it. Owner said "You're pressing it so hard, you don't need to, but for you no worries I'll fix it". He said he would "put it back in place" but lied, went against my wishes, & replaced the screen. I accepted the situation, left, then noticed the entire screen was popped out & falling off the phone. I showed him the visible damage, he argued & got aggressive. He said he would tape the outside of the phone for it to stay in place. I told him no since I paid to have the whole screen replaced, not taped up. He said "You just keep talking and not listening", called me annoying, & said "Don't complain about the same issue". He said whoever fixed my iPhone port had messed it up so the screen wasn't staying in place, this is a lie since he's the only one who has fixed it. 4/12 I called about my camera since he said the part would be in, but we planned on me coming Monday. I'm a full time ***** student working 2 jobs, something came up & I asked if I could come earlier. He said "I don't care, you said Monday, I don't have it" & started to yell. I explained that I couldn't & still wanted it fixed. Owner told me "I don't care" & I said I would take my business elsewhere.-business hasn't tried to resolve: hungup the phone when I called to speak to owner & offered no refund

    I provided her service twice on her phone screen and ordered the back camera for her phone, I tried to be very accommodating to her and even called her phone number on Monday. She didnt keep her Monday appointment to fix her back camera. I have the part and the receipt for her but we refuse to provide her service any more, and if she shows up here again well put a restraining order against her for trespassing. Thanks for choosing our business for your phone and tablet repair needs.
