Made reservations for a birthday party with there pool and cabana. They assured us the pools would be avalible we spoke about what pools they had and confirmed the hot tub would be open. We even called a week later to confirm the reservation. They then canceled the party 45 min prior to the start, because the pool closes early during the off season. I then had to scramble to arrange a party at my house for all of our guests and spent a bunch of money. I either want a free replacement party or reimbursement of what I spent for the alternative party.

First when we arrived they said our room was going to be $400 per night and when we booked it they quoted us $200. So than we go the room and we went walk in and there is mold on the ceiling and it is leaking bye the air conditioner, in our bathroom the flooring was peeling up and tripped over that and cut our toes, than we had a coffee pot that took k-cups each one of them were used and not replaced when we got in to the room. Than our walls had silly string and tape all over them and our porch carpet was gross. And then a we went to shower and the shower wouldnt drain and it would back fill with all of the nasty stuff from drains. And when we took to management they didnt want to do anything about it!

I took my daughter and 3 of her friends to the Adventureland Inn on Friday, April 5th. I was charged $261.00 for a two room suite. My 11 year-old daughter and her friends woke up at 2:00 am with themselves and their beds covered in ants and bugs. Upon further investigation the room was filthy, with food and trash from previous guests about the room. I have photo evidence of this. I requested a full refund of my $261.00 and was initially told I could only receive 10%, after requesting to speak to management I was offered 20% refunded. I do not feel I should have to pay for this service. When booking a hotel room you should feel safe in doing so and not be subjected to infects, cockroaches and filth.
