    Signed a contract with Loren ******** DBA; Loren The Plumber on 11/3/2020. The total contract was for $63,000 dollars. We have paid $42,000(in cash) of the contract in advance, for all labor and materials( for water, fire hydrant and sewer lines). No work has been performed since December of 2020. No materials were purchased or provided as agreed. To complete the project we had to hire another company in April of 2022 at a cost of $56,991. We feel we were defrauded and have made every effort to communicate with Loren ********. DBA Loren The Plumber. We feel we are owed at least $35,991 which is our out of pocket costs to complete the job over and above the contract price agreed to.
