    Our hot water heater went out on Jan *******. We found out that we were paying for atleast seven other tenants usage for hot or warm water when doing laundry in a commons area. We have lived at this address for 16 months and have reached out to management.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    the company has said they have no way to determine how much electricity was being used for the use of hot water in the community laundry room, and that our apartment is way below market value.

    They expect us to eat the cost for the past 16 months and thats not acceptable.

    We have told the property manager we would be willing for the apartment manager to reimburse us for the monetary value of or take money off our monthly rent 

    With this being said, the only thing we have left to do is small court, which we are willing to do.

    This company ignored me entirely until I would pay the application fee as well as voiced my opinion about the state of the unit no running water and electric they had said they were not aware of the person squatting as well as when I offered to move in June 1st they had said everything will be cleaned fixed and available for move in may ***** so I had signed the lease April 16th-may 8th because I was assured these issue would be handled before I was able to move in. They waited Thursday may 16 at 6pm to tell me I am unable to move that weekends due to unforeseen issues and cleaning I was unable to move in until the following Tuesday with no working toilet and not AC also no washer and dryer which they charge extra per month for. They are still unwilling to fix any issues the lower neighbor has told me there was pipes that burst an thats why there was water damages and no working outlets I have brought everything to their attention as well as been the only one communicating through out I had asked for my money and to terminate the lease as they have already BROKEN it these two months. The toilet got fixed Thursday the 24th and they refused to fix the ac back door wouldnt lock nor did they allow me to add locks for safety as it is a bad part of town and there is bullet holes and blood splatter in the buildings halls. They threatened to turn off electricity when I had said I will be withholding rent and transferring to my name as it is unlivable in this heat getting up to 90 degrees. While charging me hidden fees $25 for another admin fee as I have paid 45$ for application and 78$ for admin they are charging a move in fee and had not told me as well as did not let me move in when I had already paid for trucks for that weekend and still have not been able to fully move in or live there as it has given me heat exhaustion. It was supposed to be available may 10th and I would have been able to be fully moved in by may 19th. Its now may 28th I have no ac or outlets.

    My finace and I live at ********************* owned by Pyramid Property Solutions. The dwelling unit was previously smoke damaged and tobacco oozes from the walls, and also people next to us still smoke and it seeps into our apartment even though its stated in the lease its non-smoking. We want to break lease 5 months early and ******* (property manager) said we cant do so unless we pay out the rest of the rent owed. This apartment is a health hazard and I keep getting sick from the second hand and third hand smoke damage. I attached photos above of what it looks like in here, and I have more as well. We need to move for our health and safety but they wont allow us to break lease without paying the rest of rent through September. The property manager also ignores our requests, messages and phone calls all the time and they wont fix the smoking issue or if they try its little improvements that still dont get rid of the smell or smoke damage. We just want a resolution that lets us leave without having to pay out the rest of the rent.

    I rented an apartment from ********** Rentals and paid first months rent, deposit, and pet deposit on 05/12/22. The amount of the deposit was $585. No lease was signed. In July of 2022, a different property group bought the property I lived in and I had to move out due to my partners criminal history. I was informed in July that I had the until the end of August to move. I was officially moved out on August 5, 2022. I asked about the return of the deposit and potential partial refund of August rent on August 17, 2022. ***********************, the new property manager, replied back on August 18, 2022 and said per their policy, I would not get a rent refund as they require a 30-day notice. Which, it is what it is but she was the one who informed me almost a whole month prior that I could not be living there and knew I would be moving in August. I emailed her again on September 1, **************************************************************************************************************** on the week of September 11, 2022. I have yet to hear from her on this matter. I called the company on September 23, 2022 and spoke to a man and he told me that their deposits take 4-6 weeks to be returned. It has now been almost 8 weeks. He told me he would have ***** get ahold of me but I still have not heard from her as of today, September 27, 2022.

    I been renting from them for the last year. I cant ever get a ahold of anybody on the phone or email. They never update there residents. Currently they are trying to hold me hostage in my lease. After trying to contact the company. Not response.

    Its been over 6 weeks since I've received my deposit back from a duplex unit that first off started with ignoring my complaints/maintenance request about mice/rodents, very rude and argumentative with me, they have terrible reviews and they have ignored me completely on being able to receive my $900 deposit back. They ignore my emails, calls are forwarded directly to voicemail and they continue to be inconsistent with answering any questions. I have a walk through of this unit I did once I left it in tip top shape, and they REFUSE to send me my money back, which makes sense as they were rude the entire time of my residence there. This is by far the worst company I have ever rented with and I have been renting since 2014 in different cities all across ****. They emailed me a week ago stating they ''Mailed out a breakdown'' but not a check for anything back from this unit as I have only rented there for ONE YEAR from 06/01/2021-06/02/2022, I demand answers and professionalism on WHY I am out of $900, from a rodent infested unit, I was TRAPPED IN. I left no trash there, I paid to have trash removed before my move out, it was clean and in same condition.

    We let the landlord know in May we were moving out on the first of june 2022 & our friend was moving in so we let them know we were going to leave our recliner, microwave and washer and dryer for him. The landlord told us it was okay we left the things for him. She never reached out to us again until June 8th asking if we moved out which we did on the first. We asked about our deposit and she said they would inspect and get back to us. We have never heard back and have sent multiple texts and called multiple times. When our friend moved in they had taken all the things except the washer and dryer. We are still trying to get ahold of them.

    To preface, I am writing on behalf of my mother ***********************. She has health matters that require my help. She recently moved into an apartment complex that is managed by Pyramid Property Solutions. Due to her memory she forgot to pay her first months rent. After realizing the error I helped her get the rent straightened out. She paid her late fees, attorney fees, and the actual rent itself later in April (I believe the 23rd). We were told if the rent was in their drop box on April 23, 2022 eviction proceedings wouldnt commence. Fast forward to mid May 2022. ***** got mail stating Pyramid were not evicting and Pyramid were to pay court costs. That prompted me to look at her account ledger. They are charging her attorney fees when they said they wouldnt and did not proceed with her eviction. She is up to date on her payments at this time. In an effort to resolve the issue I attempted to call Pyrimid offices but the gentleman is not helpful. He offered to email/text me some womans contact who can help with the fees auto-posting. But that info never came. Its impossible to communicate with anyone with this company. Also, a minor side note, ***** submitted a work order for her front door to be fixed. Its falling off the hinges so the door doesnt close and lock properly. It is an unsafe. I mainly need someone, anyone, to call me back. Im so tired of getting nowhere with each attempt. I want whats best for everyone. ***** doesnt need to be charged fees for a service that should have been stopped. And they dont want to hear from me on a weekly basis. In the attachment the $80 fee for legal fees is where the issue lies. That fee is in conjunction to the eviction they stopped since they got her payment in time. Its as if their system is auto-posting fees and I need to simply speak with their accountant to resolve the issue.
