    Beckstone Partners specializes in buying bulk single-family homes across the USA in a niche, emerging submarkets.  Markets that are set for a huge upside due to local economics.  Once Beckstone acquires, we rehab the properties and sell them direct to consumers.  Most of our clients buy with their Self-Directed IRA or Solo K.  All of Beckstone's properties are Turn-Key, Triple Net, fully Managed residential assets.   Beckstone works with third-party companies to help administer the set up of Self-Directed IRA's if you don't have one.   We also work with 1031 exchanges and foreign nationals.  Please contact us to learn more.
