            Did business with Wild Orchid earlier this year. Randomly my credit card was charged on Dec 28th for a very different amount than what I spent in June. When I reached out to company to share that my card was charged and to understand why my card was on file and charged the response was less than acceptable. An apology would have been a great start. I was simply advised that only the last 4 digits are accessible- card not in file- would check why I was charged. Have not heard back. Would have expected if they valued a customer they would have checked into this and provided an explanation right away. Had to dispute with my CC company and close my card.
