Racial Discriminatory against African Americans and messed up my application on purpose even though I had everything approved through ************** I had literally $20000 in savings but that was to buy my home through a owner finance so I didnt want to use my saving I wanted to use my credit for my car they acted as if I didnt have the funds or the credit at first til I show my pre approval they ran my credit made lots of inquiries on my credit report took my information but didnt finish the application proof is in the process of the paperwork. I reached out to the manager named ****** even though he didnt do any better and told me **** said that one of our incomes was illegal and I told him Ill send him all of our information because nothing wasnt illegal at all. And confirmed he was wrong but they didnt continue in my application at all. They didnt tell me if I needed anything extra for the bank. Nothing they just quit working with us. *** tried calling all these months to reach a manager. Finally I had time to walk in and speak to. I guess a new manager name ******* he told me there was not much he can do about the issue at hand, but he told me to reach out to the owner son, which is ****** And see if I can find resolution. Well its been almost a week now and when I finally got a hold of ****** he sent me to *** the guy who miss handled my application in the first place. He was rude again told me that he doesnt know of any *** manager that used to work for them even though I have all the receipts showing I talk to him in the manager and sent the information pretty much theyre playing around. Theyre not trying to do anything about it even though they hurt my credit by putting an increase, they ran my credit which drops your score if you do that And on top of that they didnt finish my application and then they try to tell me do I need to put in a new application why would I put in another application with such a predatory discriminatory company?
