Deery Brothers Nissan Is the worst place i have tried to work with in a wile. I tried to contact them on two different occasions and ended up on hold for 20 minutes one time and 15 minutes the second time. I still have never heard from service even after leaving my number both times. My car is a 2024 Nissan Kicks. Needed an oil change both times and look everything over because it only has 9100 miles on it. As of now I will sell this car for what I owe on it so I can go somewhere else. I have changed the oil both time I have tried to connect with them. DO NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM BECAUSE YOU WILL NEVER GET A HOLD OF THEM TO GET SOMETHING FIXED EVEN UNDER FACTORY WARRANTY. and yes I have went out there, still never had any service done. Could not get me in. What a joke of a dealership service center. The sales people are very good, but not service.

I am writing to share my recent experience with Deery Brothers of Dubuque, which I believe could be of concern to other potential car sellers.I listed my car on ******** Marketplace and was contacted by a potential buyer named *****************, who offered a fair price for my car. After several weeks of communications with ****, we agreed on a price, but he requested that I bring the car to Deery Brothers, where he worked as a Client Advisor.Upon arriving at Deery Brothers, I was met by *********************, the manager, who test drove and inspected the car, agreed on the price that **** had offered, and confirmed the mileage. I signed the title, which confirmed the actual mileage of the car, and Deery Brothers issued me a check for the agreed-upon amount of $21,000.However, within a half hour of leaving the dealership and depositing the check, **** contacted me to say that there was an error and demanded that I return the check as it was no longer good. I returned to the dealership, where ********************* informed me that he had keyed in the mileage incorrectly and that the original offer of $21,000 was no longer valid. He offered me a check for $3,000 less or the option to take the car back, which was signed over to them. After consulting my attorney and weighing my options, I decided to accept the smaller check and move on. However, I believe that this experience was extremely unprofessional and unethical of Deery Brothers and *********************.

***, we apologize that you had a bad experience with our dealership. You were under no obligation to sell us your vehicle, we suggested numerous times that you keep your vehicle and we would provide you with a full tank of gas for the inconvenience.
