    Purchased a repair manual on ****. Recieved a cheap photocopy of an actual ******************* manual, probably cost you less then a dollar to make at ************ . I should have read your reviews before buying it. Countless reviews by **** customers complaining of your unscrupulous activity. You are a counterfeiter, a conartist and a thief, cant believe **** has allowed you to countinue selling this junk. To top things off you stated that you ship by **** First Class mail, you saved $ and shipped by Media mail.

    Ordered manuals. I didnt do my due diligence by searching on the BBB website before ordering.I submitted a cancellation of the order after looking at the reviews on BBB, before the order was processed. The manual was delivered to me and returned to DIY Repair Manuals on delivery day.I am still waiting on the ********* responses from emails.Had to submit dispute form to credit card company.

    Ordered two manuals on Dec 30th, 2023. Received one of the manuals a month later. It arrived in a box with no tape (had tabs on each end.. but bizarre it was not taped with this brick of a manual inside). I was worried the 2nd manual might have fallen out and someone closed the box back up so I emails. After a few days with no response, I sent the contact form on their website. After a few days of no response, I called. I got someone immediately which was great. They said they have no idea who answers emails. They told me the 2nd manual was discontinued and I would be credited for it. I waited another week... no credit. So I finally contacted ****** and disputed it. ****** immediately credited me the amount (I thankfully didn't have to wait for this company to respond). Just an all around poorly run company... from website/inventory maintenance, to shipping times, to customer service.

    This package was damaged by **** and one of the manuals was lost in shipment. We did not have another of that manual in stock so we refunded the customer in full. The package was shipped 2 days after payment was received but it took **** a month to get it to the customer. We respond to all emails so I am not sure how this got missed? I am very sorry for the poor customer service on our end. ******

    Absolutely a scam. Spent ****** on manuals and never received. Remove these people off the internet. I will contacting the *** to have these people thrown in jail. Placed 2 orders got 2 tracking numbers. Said it was delivered on Dec 16th. Told me to contact post office and it's not their problem. My guess is they send a bogus card with a tracking number. Post office delivers but it but not what you order. I'm going to shut them down and make it my mission in life.Get ready MF

    Avoid this seller!! *************************** advertised an original **** owners manual but sent the wrong item. I returned the item but he has never issued me a refund. I'm out $200+ dollars. I've opened a dispute with the credit card company so hopefully I will get my money back. This company needs to be shut down as its a scam!

    I purchased a Service Shop Manual for ***************************************** a wrong item, which was CD instead of the books set. I called then company and explained that I really need books. They sent it to me promptly, even faster than I expected. So if you are persistant you'll get your Manual. Overall I'm very pleased with the purchase, no missing pages or anything like that. I think they sent me even new Manual insted of used I've ordered.

    Bought a set of manuals from Curtis Schmitz on ebay as manualbasket (seller) never delivered them after we paid in full. Then noticed the same photos back on ebay for more money. Filed a claim with ebay. I would not do business with this person. Pretty disappointed as I am originally from Iowa and felt good about them being there too. There's always a bad egg I guess.

    I am very sorry you did not receive the manual set you ordered. The package was damaged by **** and we never received it back. I offered to send a second manual set at the same price they originally paid but I did not hear back from the customer so we refunded him in full. ******

    Makeshift motors are lying pieces of shit DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PIECE OF **** COMPANY I ordered a manual it was never delivered. I paid through PayPal. I opened a case against lying shitface motors they said manual was delivered and PayPal closed the case. I'm out 158.00. AFTER THIS I WILL NEVER USE PAYPAL AGAIN

    Makeshiftmotors I ordered repair manual. Came to wrong address but finally got it. Manual was like new. I'm satisfied

    Do not do business with this DIY Repair Manuals in Dubuque IA! I live in NC, I ordered a set of repair manuals Sept. 24 2022. THEIR website says allow 7-10 business days for delivery, which I did. On Oct. 10 2022 I called to inquire about the status since I had not received the order or gotten any response from them about my order. Cory told me at that time “USPS is the hold up, and that he tracked it and delivery was scheduled for Oct 14 2022. I did not receive the order, I waited until Oct. 18 2022 to call and check status again. Cory answered again and said that he tracked it and it had arrived that day, 10/18/22, at my local USPS facility and that I should receive it in the next day or so. That evening, 10/18/22, When I checked my email I noticed that I had received an email from DIY repair manuals manuals stating that my order was being prepared, and a tracking link. The tracking link showed that the order was just that day processed and scheduled for PICK UP. I replied to the email asking for clarification as I had been told, earlier that day, that my order was almost delivered. I received NO responce. I called them again, today 10/19/22, and after being hung up on from on hold 3 times, Cory finally answered the phone. He had no responce. He said several times that he would tell me what happened but never did, and when I interrupted him to address my issue he told me he was going to hang up and block my number. I don’t know if I will receive the order or not and I don’t know if I have any recourse if I don’t.

    This order was shipped out within 24 hours of payment. **** left notice with the customer to pick up the package and the customer never picked it up. He continued to call us claiming that the package was never shipped. We gave him the tracking number several times and the phone number to his local post office to pick up the package. ******
