    I was not given the agreed amount for the bike I was trading in, even after i disclosed defects before bringing my bike in. I was charged 750 dollars for frieght, yamaha's website says its 450 dollars, salesman lied to me, said yamaha raised destination charges. I got my bike home and discovered the chain was extremely loose after riding home, could have caused a bad accident! The problem was fixed, but the sales manager made it sound like it was my fault, insinuating that I might have been riding it to hard! I have never had a chain that loose in 130 miles. I bought a 2021 MT09 brand new and chain was not that loose in 600 miles!
