They came in and replaced a electrical panel and also were supposed to replace some ceiling fans, a light fixture and to fix a light fixture and some other electrical work. Some electrical outlets not working were supposed to be fixed and the washer electrical outlet and internet was supposed to be fixed and the lights in the basement. When we called the company to see if they were finished they were done at 330 and hadnt contacted us and it had been over 8 hours. We came home to reubish on the floors and insulation with the boxes and old wiring thrown outside in the backyard. Some outlets that worked before didnt work when we returned home. They returned the next day and charged us a extra $280 for something they messed up. The job wasnt complete. They also have a estimate of $2000 and the **** I received was over $3000 dollars for something they didnt complete.

This customer was so happy with us that they posted a 5-star review after we came out on an emergency basis and got them power in the middle of the winter. This repair was due to the fact that the homeowner tried replacing his panel on his own with no electrical training, and with power still on. At that time, it was a temporary fix, and we needed to return to rebuild the service during normal business hours. The estimate was $2000-$2500.00 for the service alone. The day before we went, I called to confirm the appointment, and ceiling fans and other miscellaneous repairs were then added on. At that point, the original bid would, of course, not remain the same. The home is an older home, which made the ceiling fan installation difficult and messy. We did the best we could to clean up after we were finished. ****, the husband, told us to just leave the trash when we were done and he would take care of it. As far as having to return the next day, the outlets in question had NOTHING to do with the work we performed the day before. When we removed them from the wall to troubleshoot, the outlets were wired completely wrong. We were assuming, at that point, that someone had tried repairing their own electrical and didn't know what they were doing. At this time, the homeowner has yet to pay a **** that was due March 27, 2022. None of the accusations were ever brought to our attention until I started collecting on their debt. Now, all of a sudden, someone who gave us a 5-star review is grasping at straws in order to get out of having to pay us. **** had called us the day after we were there wanting to know what he owed us so he could pay it. I hadn't yet put it together, but told him I would call when it was ready. He said he would pay it right away when he received the invoice in the mail. After 30 days of no payment, I called them, and they said they never received the ****. Again, no mention of any issues with our quality of work or any of the other things we are being accused of doing or not doing. I then email them the invoice...still no payment. It wasn't until I threatened court that they came up with these ridiculous stories.
