    I placed an order some time the end of January. On 2/4/24 I received an email confirmation that my order was being processed. I ordered 2 bottles of Botox Facial Essence at a cost of $46.78. There policy is 100% refundable if un-opened and in the same shape as they shipped it with free shipping back to them. When I finally received the product on or about 2/23/24, I immediately emailed them asking to return it. I since purchased something else. They emailed me back saying I could return it, but only for a 20% credit. Then another email saying I would have to pay to return it to *****. I had no idea that it was coming from *****. I reminded them of their policy that is clearly marked 100% refundable with no shipping cost, but they won't refund me my money. The product is un-opened and in the same package as it was shipped to me. I informed them that I was reporting them to the BBB because they were not in compliance with their return policy. I would like some assistance in getting my money back. They seem like a sketchy company and in no way am I putting something on my face that they don't stand behind.Thank you.
