    1 Sept 2022 we changed internet providers because we could not get service most of the time with CDN. I called CDN and the secretary said no problem we will refund you for the month of September (they withdraw your money BEFORE you have any service) and cancel any future payments. They are still withdrawing money and never refunded the month of Sept. So now we have paid for Sept, Oct and Nov of 2022 and CDN won't stop stealing our money, We've already been billed for November and it is still October. acct no **********

    Dear Customer:

    Thank you for being a customer of ********************************************* and I am sorry you felt your response was not addressed in a timely manner.   Checking into the situation an error was found on our system in the account was not disconnected correctly.   As soon as that was found, the proper measures were taken to complete the transaction and refund the two months of service that were taken out of your account and to make sure no more ACH payments were taken out.    Emails and phones calls were made to the number and email on record without any response.   We truly apologize for any stress and inconvenience this rare situation has caused and appreciate  you contacting our office so this could be addressed.    We pride ourselves on customer service and appreciate if an error occurs it is brought to our attention to be addressed.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    We were only refunded for 2 months, not 3. Money was withdrawn from our account in the second half of October for a November 2022 payment. So we have now been charged for Sept, Oct, and November of 2022. We told the bank not to allow any more withdrawals. However, they apparently can only stop payment one month at a time so it needs to be fixed by Community Digital Wireless.

    As well, the *** email was an automatic reply which I hardly consider to be "emails". Here is the message (below). I also sent 2 other emails, neither of which was responded to. As well, no phone calls were received here (no voice mails). We get dozens of scammers calling each day using 319 *** 563 area codes so without a company leaving a message we have no idea who the caller might be. I usually pick up if I am available and delete the number if it is a scammer. So, for a communication company, the complete lack of communication and complete lack of any messages by phone, email or snail mail by a real human is seriously unimpressive.
