I had a very good experience with Heather for a hearing test. She explained my results and told me what aids would be ideal for me. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I look forward to getting my aids soon and I know they will do their best to help me adjust to better hearing.

I’m on my 2nd set and they’re not fully compatible with iPhone 13. My first pair I could take phone calls with, now I have to disconnect them every time I talk on the phone or the other person can’t hear me. The Pleasant Hill location has been less than helpful. At this point I don’t think I could recommend Iowa Hearing Aid Centers to anyone.

Everyone was very friendly and professional. My case was a little different with only having hearing in one ear due to an accident. They made the process and adjustments to a hearing aid at the age of 70 very easy for me.
