  A crew from ****'s Tree Service showed up on our property without permission on 6/5/24 to clean up a piece of a tree that fell in from a tree on our property into our neighbor's yard. Apparently this was arranged by our 90-year-old neighbor's son in law. We had no part of it and were not consulted. In the process of cleaning up the tree, they damaged our garage and brand-new siding. The emails included show *** *****, the owner considers the roof damage to be a "gutter dent" and won't work with us to fix it per the estimate given by our preferred vendor. On 6/5/24, we called *** about his unsafe and sloppy crew. He came on-site and immediately tried to sell us tree removal services. He said he was hired to remove jointly-owned trees and described an invasive process we did not agree to, particularly since his crew had just done $3k damage to our garage. He said he had heard we agreed to share the cost of the tree removal. Again, we had no knowledge or involvement in the discussions about the trees. He sent us a waiver to come on our property to remove the trees. We had questions and emailed him back. Rather than respond, he showed up on Friday 6/21/24 and removed half of the canopy on these large trees, leaving our neighbor's house bare and 50-ft tall top-heavy trees hanging over our house, creating risk of falling and damage. We had a reputable arborist assess the damage on 6/24/24 and he said the trees will die from the shock and the cost of removal will be $6800. He said they could have been well trimmed and lived for years longer. At this point, there is no other option but to remove the trees. *** ***** caused this issue and he needs to fix it.

  The Homeowners refusal to identify the issue and Danger to the neighbor's house,  Their unwillingness to Contribute or allow proper Access has led them to this situation.  Hope this Helps as we try our best to avoid conflict.  Some People are just plain unreasonable and unwilling to acknowledge the issue at hand.  Please let me know if i need to elaborate any further as we strive to be an A+ Rated company

  What ***** and his crew did was illegal - his crew showed up uannouced on 6/5, unable to communicate, and unsure of what they were even there to do. We didn't even meet ***** until we called him very upset that his crew had done $3k damage to our garage. We understandably had questions about how he planned to remove the other trees safely. Rather than answer them, he came out two weeks later, barged onto our property and damaged the trees beyond being salvageable, leaving them top heavy to our side and vulnerable to falling on our house. The REPUTABLE arborist we had look at the trees said ***** effectively killed trees that could have been trimmed and salvaged. It's ******* responsibility to fix the damage he did by either finishing the job or paying the $6800 cost of removing the trees.
