We had a scheduled appointment for July 25th and July 26th! We rearranged our whole house. This morning I called to find out what time they would be here, I was told between 8am-10am. No one showed, so I called again! Then the woman I spoke to knew I was upset because they changed our installation date. Instead of listening or assisting, she put my call back into a que so she did not have to deal with me. I did not cuss or call her names, nothing to be treated so rudely.Our appointment was changed to August 8th and 9th. We received no call, no email, no text message, NOTHING FROM THE ORLANDO/ ****** PARK OFFICE!! They were paid in full, not by choice I was told it was the only way we could get 12 months no interest!My home is in total disarray because we have to clear the way for them, as they are unable to move anything for us. I am 65 years old with health issues, my mother is 82, and my husband has Traumatic Brain Injury. This was a huge chore for us. I want to be compensated for my time!Review from Michael T

We had an outstanding experience with Pella Windows DFW, thanks to *************************, our Replacement Sales Consultant. ***** did a phenomenal job educating us on the quality, longevity, and logistics of installing the windows. He was always timely and maintained strong communication throughout the entire process.***** guided us every step of the way, even after the installation was complete. On installation day, he visited to ensure everything went smoothly and checked in on us, demonstrating his dedication to excellent customer service. He was flexible and helped us explore various financing options for the windows, making the process much easier for us. ***** was always courteous and professional, and we believe all Pella consultants should follow his example. He's clearly the best at his trade and deserves a raise.We also want to commend ****** and *******, the father and son duo who installed our windows. Their expertise and seamless teamwork were evident in the flawless installation. They were professional, efficient, and a pleasure to work with.Overall, our experience with Pella Windows DFW was exceptional, thanks to *****, ******, and *******. Highly recommended! I ordered Pella doors and windows through ******. They were custom made and supposed to arrive today. After waiting all day for the delivery and they didn't arrive, I was told that they would come in tomorrow, June 22. Although upset that I waited all day for my door delivery, I figured another day wasn't going to hurt. The ****** customer service person called me back an hour later to inform me that he had made a mistake and that the door wasn't set to arrive until JULY 22 another month later than when they were promised. ****** gave me the phone number for Pella and I called their customer service department. They told me that these items are all STILL IN PRODUCTION. They haven't even made them yet. I've already been waiting a month for them to arrive and at no point did they tell ****** or me that they were not going to meet their promised delivery date. My entire building project has been (and will continue to be) on hold waiting for something that not only hasn't been made but from people who cannot tell why this has happened, what the status of production is, nor when they can promise they will be delivered. They also did not offer any explanation or to expedite the production of my doors and windows even after not delivering them when promised. Although these items seem beautiful on the website and in theory, I suggest using a different company for your door and window needs.Review from Andy X

Don't bother with this c*** company. Their warranties are garbage. They tell you things are covered, then proceed to charge you $100s to have someone come out to take care of any warranty issues. Don't even bother if something breaks outside of the warranty. I had a blind break in a sliding door and they want to charge $700+ for a single blind!!!!!! They might as well ask for your first born child as well. I have three Pella doors currently, their products will never be in another property of mine again.Review from Ryan D

Over emails and texts were sent to me regarding an appointment that was never scheduled. I then received an additional email and text to inform me that I missed an appointment that was never scheduled to begin with. Following that I had yet another representative try to scam me into setting up yet another appointment stating that the last representative had left the company. This is unprofessional behavior at the highest level. I have never even contacted them in the past nor want anything to do with them. I will continue my endeavor to spread this experience if there is no response.Review from Janesh P

French Doors I received were great. Buyer beware, if Pella branded door handles do not work at some point (it will happen), you'll need to wait 3-months to schedule a person just to visit and find out what's wrong, You cannot call a 3rd person *************** as they do not service pella according to customer service. They stated this happens all the time in ** with wait times with other locations booking for August. With this kind of service demand, hire more poeple, i was willing to pay for someone to come this week is more acceptable.Review from Janet S

I purchased a storm door from Pella, through Lowes, and was disappointed from the time of installation. The rollup screen and sliding glass feature was "sticking" from the onset. I called Lowes and the install company, but was given the run around. Ultimately it became worse and worse. It was sticking more firmly and I was concerned something might break. I could get no results from either Lowes or their install subcontractor. I turned to Pella doors. The person I spoke to listened to the symptoms I gave them and sent me the wrong parts on 3 seperate occassions. I had to pay to have a contractor out each time to try to make the repairs. I was totally frustrated and again tried to contact Pella doors. I was on hold for an enormous amount of time on 4 seperate occasions, until it told me there was no one to answer and to go to their website to visit a chat line. I did, and was dealing with a person named ***, who told me they had sent everyting I needed to repair the door. I was so frustrated with his lack of trying to help me that I am reaching out to you to have someone contact me to determine what parts to buy to get my door to work properly.Review from Tom I

I will never put Pella windows in my house again!!! I built a home 20 years ago and put all Pella windows in.I have one window that the rolldown screen will not lock in place. I called for a service and they said it would be $225 just to come out , and they cannot guarantee they will have a part to fix it and I would still have to pay the 225. because all these windows have been discontinued and they are no longer making parts for these windows. for probably a $20 part, he advised me to replace the whole window. 1 star rating is too much for this company! replace the whole window, you talk about some BS .Review from Joshua E

I purchased and had "professionally installed" two Vinyl windows from Pella 6 months before leaving this review. The installation tech said the window was faulty with a broken ballast. I was told a replacement would be out later that week. It took 2 weeks before I heard from anyone. The tech was scheduled to come out 4 weeks after that. The second tech left mid-job due to a family emergency with a promise that his manager would be out to finish the job. I didn't hear from Pella again for a week, when I reached out to them. The third and fourth techs both failed to properly install the ballast without breaking another part of the window. The customer service has been terrrible, never reaching out to me to reschedule, and instead, I've had to reach out to them. When I finally called today, I dealt with a persnickety customer service rep unwilling to hand off the call to someone else, or offer his employee ID number.
