    The Window Source of Central Iowa installed all our windows on the main part of the house and all our siding. The windows were installed Aug 8-10, 2022. The picture window came in cracked but was installed anyway. We had to wait until April 21, 2023 to have a new one installed. **** and *** came out and installed it. While they were here, my husband showed them the gaps in the siding on the garage. *** even found more gaps around back of the garage. The installers finally came out last fall, around ******* took a look at the siding, said the gaps would disappear but they have not. They said would come back and fix the light they installed incorrectly and the siding on the front of the garage. In May 2024, I contacted ********************* again, told him they had not come back as promised and that two windows had marks INSIDE, including finger prints, between the glass and sent him pictures. The windows have a lifetime warranty. *******, the secretary, called and said she would order them. We have waited all summer for the windows to be replaced and the siding to be fixed. We have left messages, sent emails. My husband called and left several messages for ******* during July and has tried to get ahold of ***. We have never been able to talk to him. She was supposed to call back with a date for the windows, at least, by the week of the 29th and didn't. He left another message on August 2nd and she did call back. She told me no date had been set as of yet. I told her this was becoming ridiculous. We had waited over a year to have the siding fixed, gaps included, light put back up and several months for the windows to be put in. I told her we would be filing with the BBB at this point. We have put plans on hold, waiting for them to come out last fall and this spring and summer. We want the siding fixed and the windows replaced. We have paid over $30,000 to them and expect them to stand by their promises. If they cannot, we want our money refunded.

    I am rejecting this response because: we need scheduled dates for the window and the siding. We have waited since spring for the new window and since last fall for the siding repair. Soon, we won't be able to get the siding repaired because it is too cold.

    I purchased 36 windows and had them installed by the window source. The windows are a lifetime guarantee. I have one window that is very difficult to open and close and want them to come out and fix it. Ive made 8 different calls to the company and talked with ******* each time. She told me each time that she would reach out to *** the service manager and he would come out and look at the issue. I havent received any call from *** after calling each time. I had a friend call and they had no problem coming out to his home to give a quote for windows but fail to service the windows that they installed.
