    Our roof was done completely. I paid the bill and emailed it to my insurance company to obtain the remaining amount not paid for the roof. Also, the gutters were not attached due to putting on new gutters as soon as their letter was approved by my insurance company. My insurance company stated they needed an itemized statement to get paid for the remaining amount on the roof and they needed pictures of the gutters to show they needed replaced. We started emailing and calling for this information in October. Our insurance company has also left messages. No one has yet to see an itemized statement to get the remaining amount of payment from our insurance company or pictures. So our gutters remain unattached with our winter weather to cause damage to our property.

    I have not talked to ************************* as he was already gone for today. However, I will talk to him on

    Monday and get the information that the ******** need and provide it to them myself.  I was not 

    aware that they were not getting the information from the salesperson.  It is my understanding that the

    salesperson was being contacted directly, that is not an excuse for him not to reply with the needed

    information,
