    We had ***** put in a new bio septic a year ago, nothing but trouble since he put it in, he come out because he says theres water coming out of our house, so we put in a new toilet in and the watched for water coming from the house there was none!!, we also had the tanks pumped out which cost us around a $1000 to have $390 for pumping the septic and around another 500 to have a new toilet, and have it installed. Turns out this was not the problem. Weve had the tank pumped every week for the last three weeks just so we could keep using water we called ***** he didnt know what to do or basically told us he was too busy to come out and help turns out he knows nothing about the system so he never shouldve installed them, then he tells us to take apart the filter box and **** it out with the shop vac because he thinks its vapor locked so we tried that we just had our tank pump to fourth time still does not drain from the filter box. We noticed roots and grass down in our main septic tank Also was pointed out by ****** portable toilets who pumped out our septic his comment thats not good you shouldnt be seeing grass growing down there or roots coming through anywhere. Also said he believes that my filter box is either plugged, frozen or not installed properly. All we want is this to be fixed this is a $25,000 system , that does not work at all and should never be installed in anyones home then the fact that ***** told us theres a warranty weve seen no warranty and paid for everything out of pocket. Still waiting for him to come put a pump in here about two weeks heard nothing from him. I would recommend going for your excavating service through some other company.
