      Purchased and item 7/28/23 Outreached September 3 because I had not received tracking information. ****** responded back saying they were preparing to ship. Shipping label created September 4. I emailed again September 11 because product had not shipped and she said they were shipping out later that week. It is now September 23 and product still has not shipped and no off for a refund.

      I placed an order with Come Alive Herbals on February 6, 2023. I purchased magnesium spray and a hormone bundle from their company for $99.67. I received an email on March 20 that my order had finally shipped. I never received anything and couldnt file a claim with *** because the company never actually sent the product to be shipped but claimed they did. I have sent countless emails to customer service and havent gotten a single reply. It has almost been 10 weeks and have not received anything. After commenting on Come Alive Herbals Instagram page several times I finally received a message saying my order was lost and she would be sending me something ASAP. I still have heard nothing and received nothing! Im so frustrated and have no other way of contacting the company. I want my money back. I also heard from several other people on her Instagram account who had the same issue as I did. I believe she is scamming customers out of money.

      As a small business, I personally create every single product, and ship out every single product myself. We are currently experiencing a shipping delay due to an increased demand for wellness products. With the massive growth my business has taken on in the past two months, shipments have been behind- up to 1 month behind in orders. It is stated clearly on my website and social media platforms of the extra wait time. I put all my love and care into the creation of the products, and receive many messages through many platforms, so I ask all customer service questions go to ******************************************* I have resolved this shipment with a refund, and completely understand those who expect their order in a more timely manner. I have been more attentive to customer service as I know communication when something like this happens out of my customers control, like lost packages. 

      I promise to create in small batches to ensure quality, and as I begin to grow at a rapid speed, I apologize if it takes me a little longer than usual to get back to you. Thank you for your patience! 

      I am so incredibly grateful for the understanding shown by so many of you. Bear with us!
