  I HAVE HAD MY INSTALL FOR MAYBE A YEAR IN HALF AND HAVE NOTHING BUT REPAIRS DONE I HAVE CALLED AND ASKED TO SPEAK WITH ****** THE MANGER IN DES MOINES SEVERAL TIMES WITH NO RETURN CALL HAVE MADE SEVERAL COMPLAINTS NOTHING DONE HAVE TAKING IT AS FAR NOT PAYING MY BILL ONLY TO MESS MY CREDIT UP THINKING THEY WOULD REACH OUT AND HELP ME OR EVEN HEAR ME OUT AND STILL NOTHING. WAS PROMISED TOP OF THE LINE PRODUCT BETTER THEN ANY STORE CAN SELL AND NOT THE **** PRODUCT HAS BEEN NOTHING BUT THE WORSE MATERIAL I HAVE EVER HAD I WOULD NEVER TELL ANYONE TO HAVE ANY WORK DONE WITH THIS COMPANY

  Horrible company, they did a horrible job installing my walk in shower. Called them to come out because everything was turning yellow, including the caulking. The guy that came out was very sketchy, he was very creepy, so much so I never called them again and he did a real crappy job. So, do not use bath fitters!!!!

  Its been over a year and a half from initial start and FULL payment to them and our bathroom still is not complete. We are now fighting to get money to FIX what they screwed up. We have been told several times from production managers and corporate employees thats we will have a resolution in a couple days and it just goes on and on! We just want the money to fix what they messed up. They havent offered and compensation for the hassle. We are a family with FIVE kids! So dissatisfied with this company. We will do it ourselves next time!

  I cancelled contract. Received my down payment back with a letter stating they are unable to help me! I found a company that was half the price and was not pressured to buy. Bath fitters told me they would come and just give us a quote, no pressure. They lied. Salesman wouldn't leave for over 2 hours. I kept telling him I had to go to bed and he just ignored me and kept pushing. Would NOT recommend these people. Also had my down payment from 6/23 to 7/10. The sales manager called me and was very rude telling me all other companies lie!!!

  We had Bathfitters install a low threshold shower in Feb, 2021 so my parents can easily get in and out. In less than a year, the floor began to crack around the drain. We called them and they came out and replaced the floor. We later decided to have a bench built in for Mom, and that is where the problems began. The bench was built too high and is too deep. Bathfitters claimed that this is what we had agreed to, even though the work order that they showed us proved otherwise. They said that the cost to have it altered would be ours!Then, the floor cracked again within months, and we called again. This time, they sent out someone who said that the floor AND the walls would need to be replaced. We agreed, asking him to be careful with our brand new floor. After he had left for the day at around noon, saying that he had other homes to attend to, (making a quoted 1 day install stretch to 3 days), we found that he had gotten dark adhesive all over the floor and we had to spend over 2 hours scraping and cleaning it up. When we told him about, he said he must have missed it! He then placed the shower rod too high (the curtain will hardly stay in the tub now), screwed up the shower head by allowing dirt into it so that we had no water pressure, and got black dirt into the white caulking.Yet another guy came out. He replaced the shower head and something broken in the faucet and cleaned up most of the dirty and messy caulking. He said that he couldn't do anything about the height of the shower rod, as to move it would leave visible holes; we would have to make do. We said that they should rip the panels back out to fix this, but the company subsequently denied this. We are now stuck with a shower that does not look as nice as it should for the money, 10k, and now the shower drips for 20 to 30 minutes after being used. They told us that this was normal, even though it has never happened before. They refuse to come and look at it. BUYER BEWARE!!!!
