I am compelled to share my deeply frustrating and concerning experience with Kitchen Classics to help others make an informed decision on who they decide to do business with. The delivery of our cabinets was delayed by an unacceptable 2.5 months. To make matters worse, we discovered that the owner of Kitchen Classics, Joe *******, also serves as the CEO of Ovation Cabinetry. This explains why we were pushed towards the Ovation cabinet line. Not really even given other options, just shown those specific cabinets. After waiting for six excruciating months, multiple emails and phone calls asking for updates, we found out that someone at Ovation Cabinetry had dishonestly claimed to have ordered the necessary materials, which resulted in our project never getting off the ground. Joe stated to me on a phone call that the person at Ovation Cabinetry “lied” when they said they had ordered the materials.

We appreciate your business and the fact that you chose Kitchen Classics. However, the fact of the matter is, that there were many things that influenced this transaction from our ordering procedures and our supply chain issues. Many of the materials used in your project came from Europe and were greatly affected by supply chain issues that have been going on for the last 2 1/2 years throughout this industry. We have been in business for over 30 and we are proud of our work and feel that our reputation stands for itself.

You and I both know supply chain issues had nothing to do with this projects delays. I have records of you specially stating that someone “dropped the ball” and “lied” and did not order. Do not try to pass this negligence off as supply chain delays. Your businesses reputation is going down which I’ve heard from many others. Our builder had 3 other projects delayed by you. I would. How is that for a “reputation” that speaks for itself? It is speaking, but not what you should want in your business.
