Dear *******************,
Running your wall air conditioner unit with outside temperatures under 60 degrees F is not optimal and may cause the air conditioners to break. If this is found to be the case this would be user error and we would expect to be reimbursed for the damage to the air conditioner. We do advise this to our customers upon move in when we read aloud the "Rules and Regulations". We do greatly appreciate the cooperation of our customers in keeping our heating and cooling systems running efficiently.
