The management at South View Estates had illegally shut the water off to my trailer and failed to notify me that they had done so. Ive been without water for 2 weeks now and they have not attempted to turn it back on or fix the problem with the leak that they claimed was the reason why it got shut off to begin with. Now i pay for my water, they do not. I have a 5 yo and i cant cook, clean, or even bathe or flush the toilet. This is unexceptable and Im not sure hows it even legal for them to keep my water off when they dont pay my water bill

When I first looked at the house the company was fixing it up and said it would be ready. Since I moved in in November. NOTHING has been fully finished or done correctly. I have not been able to use my shower for most of the time I've lived here. There is a leak that has not been properly fixed. There is water holding under the home. The doors are letting in cold air and water depending on the weather. I had a leak I was forced to keep for over 2 wks from the kitchen sink because they would not fix. I want the owners to contact me for the full details of how this place is being managed. There are neighbors who have filled me in as well.

Thank you for reaching out to me regarding your concerns. I apologize for the frustration this has caused you and I am committed to resolving your concerns in a timely manner.  On January 6th, 2023 I reviewed under the home with maintenance staff and confirmed the underbelly was dry and no leaks were found.  Maintenance staff then went to the home on January 9th, 2023 to complete minor repairs that were needed.  We appreciate your residency and want to thank you again for bringing this to our attention.  If there are any further repairs or concerns, please feel free to reach out to me and I will be  happy to assist you.

The park hired to company to take down trees although i'm not convinced these guys are professionals. They dropped a big tree branch of my roof and left several dents in my roof. The bf of the manager laughed about and asked if my boyfriend heard a loud boom. He didnt stop to take pictures at that time. The two guys cutting down the trees didnt have a company listed on the vehicles or shirts and didnt act professional. Left a drink cup on my back stairs and was leaning on my neighbors car, proppin himself up on her mirror and using his phone. While I was waiting to look at the damage to my trailer, they were cutting another branch with a chainsaw. They let it drop on the neighbors carport didnt stop to tell that it happened, didnt stop to take pictures or check for damage. When I called him out on it he said he told her, my neighbor stated he did not tell her and that she had seen it happen. The managers boyfriend admits to hitting my trailer but states he didnt damage my roof. He claims he has pictures of before and after i asked if he took pictures of my roof where the damage is and he stated no. I went over my managers head and turned into the regional manager last night. She called me back and keep telling me to turn it into my insurance company and that I needed to listen to her. I informed her that I had been told differently by the code enforcement, the cops and the legal aid what to do and what she was telling me was different than that. She got upset and started saying that they were going to take me to court because i contacted these people, that shes getting a lawyer and will see me in court unless I wanted to take her advice and work with her. I informed her that I was waiting to hear back from a lawyer on what I should do. She wanted to know why I turned it into code enforcement and informed me they have taken down a bunch of trees and they hadn't had any problems. I said that wasn't true the latest review for Southview Estates damaged their siding
