    I filled out a rental application including my social security number. There appears to be not one person that can speak or follow up in any sort of way. Its all recordings and auto-reply email. The other tenant that lives in the upper portion of this property is from a foreign country. Its allegedly an art company that is not situated in *****************. I also reached out to him, he read and did not respond to my message.

    hi cody,

     

    on july 6th, 2022 at 3:57pm *************** texted our office number asking for information about one of our rental properties. At 4:43pm she wrote again saying 'Hello?"; at 5:35pm she wrote saying she was going to report us to BBB for collecting personal information under false pretenses.

     

    on July 7 at 10:53am, i wrote her back indicating that her communications yesterday were the first i had received, that i did not know who she was, and asked if she had submitted an application and if possibly that is what she was contacting us about.

    she wrote back right away indicating that yes she had and that she had 'tried several times' (i have no record of other attempts to contact us). 

    i then explained that we are a family business, that it can take 2 weeks to process an app, and that we were closed for the long holiday weekend. i asked for her name so i could look up her application. She provided her name, i looked up her app and found no current income information provided. i asked her to provide current income into so i could add it to her application so we could process it. there was some back and forth but she never ultimately provided the information.
