    I was looking for an apartment and I was very interested in Old English Village. I explained I did not have good credit. I gave them a security payment of $550.00. I was aware that I could asked for the deposit payment minus $150.00 I understood the risk's. I was told that it would be another full month and I could move in.I was given that information on Friday afternoon. The property agent ask me on Monday that I had to come up with the extra ant of funds that day by 1:oo pm.I was taught that three days were business days. The property agent would not let me work on this mission.So I had to cancel the apartment I had a lot of things she wanted done before the process begun.My boss was not happy because of the extra work I had to do.Because of the lack of not getting an apartment, I was put back two months and so my income is damage.I want my $450.00 back, but t will take 7 to 10 business days.I am very up set because they decide what rules they want.This us the 10th business day or 16 full days.O have still not received my funds.WHAT rules are running with?This complex is a joke.I truly believe don't wait your time *********************

    Applicant toured in person on 7/13/23- applicant signed application criteria at time of tour.  Was made aware of apartment availability at time of tour.  Application criteria verbally communicated to prospect as well as application procedures and processing. 

    Applicant submitted application online on 8/3/23.  Application criteria signed again online at time of application. 

    Applicant's background screening completed on 8/4/23 with an application result of approved with additional deposit. 

    Applicant was immediately notified of additional deposit request and made aware that additional deposit needed to be paid within 72 hours per signed occupancy standards. 

    Applicant cancelled application on 8/7/23 via phone call and email- could not pay additional deposit. 

    APPLICANT'S SECURITY DEPOSIT REFUNDED ON 8/30/23.  We consider this matter resolved.
