    My experience with Red Box RX left me paying significantly more for a GLP-1 drug. First, they send you the lowest dose possible so it takes you longer to lose weight, which results in more profits for them. Unethical. Second, their "retention" department promised me a $200 reduction on my subscription so I would not leave and go to a competitor. I agreed and they charged me full price ($687) for my subscription. When I contacted the retention department, they said, "Oh that reduction will be effective on your next subscription." Unethical again. When I complained of unethical business practices, they ignored me. So, take caution when getting involved with Red Box RX. There are so many competitors that we don't need to put up with this.

    First of all, you pay $35 for a consultation.That lasts 5 minutes so that you can wait 2 weeks to get your medication and the medication.When it arrives, it's not even real medication.Half of it's not even a real pill!

    STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY IS ALL I CAN SAY. I never authorized the first rx charge. Cancelled services and requested a refund and they charged me again. Called and cancelled 2 more times Reported it to my bank, Cancelled my card and just got ANOTHER notice of upcoming subscription. They are relentless in ripping you off!!!!

    I called and cancelled my account back in January, never saved my credit card information and closed my account on the app.I just received a notification that my credit card was charged for another useless medication Avoid this company at all costs there are literally 100 better options to choose from I am now using ro and happy with their service

    Their website is misleading, they promote a $49 GP visits with no hidden fees but I was charged $69 plus the cost of my prescription at the pharmacy which took 3 days to get filled, not same-day as advertised. I was also never spoken to by a doctor which is suspicious because I still got my antibiotics filled whether I need them or not. When I contacted customer service I was told that $69 was their full price for every visit and that they were "sorry I misunderstood."

    Says you are not charged unless *** ** writes a presription. Completed a ** visit for poison ivy requesting oral ********** due to it continuing to spread and historically requiring oral medication to stop it. Question was asked if taking supplements or daily scripts and I misread the question thinking it was only asking for Over the Counter products. I wrote that I was using ************** cream. I did not write that I also have both the oil and cream version of the ********** from previous ** visits that are not working. The **. ********** the cream version. When I called to correct this I was told that once the ** writes the prescription there is no way to make any type of modifications and "sorry you completed it too quickly and messed up, theres nothing we can do to help you." So I ended up paying $69 for a telehealth visit that wrote a script for something I already have. I am trying to leave town on a trip and after almost 24 hours of waiting on redboxrx I STILL have raging poison ivy. This is a scam.

    Incredibly helpful and RX was sent out within 12 hours. As a new customer, I was reluctant to say the least. Takes less than 5 minutes to make a profile and discuss symptoms. I paid a fraction of the cost for an in person ** visit and medicine! Great find!!

    They are a bit scammy for sublingual ***********. They start you at 1mg and only increase 1 mg per month. ******** is started at 3 mg. So the first 2 months are kind of a waste. Then it's like pulling teeth to get your dose increased. ******** is 3mg starting, 7mg full dose. I had trouble getting more than 4 mg, which is only half strength. Like I said, a little scammy. I do not recommend.

Our oral GLP-1s are absorbed buccally (under the tongue or in between the cheek and gum). ******** is swallowed, so much less of the active medication gets absorbed into the bloodstream. The dose required for buccal or subcutaneous administration is much lower than medications that pass through the ** tract so you don't need as high of a dose. We want to remind you that your subscription includes unlimited visits with a provider, so you always have the option to discuss any concerns about your prescribed dose and want to encourage you to schedule a follow-up consultation to address your concerns.     Did I ever use the charge $60 for a tube of white liquid? That is nothing they are a scam dont ever use them. They will they wiped my bank account out dont ever ever use them go to your regular doctor where you can get insurance these people are a scam, its garbage. Im warning you all. Its garbage I contacted the news and my congressman this is going.
