company showed up at doorstep ignoring no soliciting sign on front door. i brought it to the young mans attention and he claimed his boss makes him do it regardless of no soliciting sings on the property. That's when i got the company's name and told him to tell his boss i was filing a complaint with the BBB to warn others of the way they do business with no regard to the residents they are harassing.Business response

Sadly, we do not dictate where the sales representatives will knock, nor their schedules. They are all their own agents to talk to whoever, whenever they see fits best.

My husband and I have been paying for this company to come out and take care of our pest control for 2 years. We have asked them to come inside and spray for ants and fleas and they have never done it. Over at least the past 12 months, they have never came and sprayed our yard, but they have been charging us.Business response

The business has not resolved this case. We had called them and they keep gaslighting us telling us we don't know who's been in our home when there's been nobody in our home and we don't know who's been on our property, when we have a ring door **** and know who's been on our property and they haven't once been out to service us.Business response

I am rejecting this response because: my husband has reached out several times about never getting any service and nobody ever helps out. They just list the times that they have been out, which in inaccurate because they haven't been out. The customer service has been no help whatsoever.

I have a ring camera and I can go back and tell you every single time the company has been there, which is absolutely zero times in the past year. I just want my money back that I've been paying for absolutely no reason.

Please go through your contract that was sent to you at the beginning of the service cycle. If the customer service team says no refund is due, that means we held our end of the agreement as indicated in the contract.

They are claiming I renewed a entire years worth of service over texting? I did not renew as they scammed me into believing it was mosquito control as well, when it wasn't. I skipped october's spray and they said I renewed an entire new year.Nothing was signed and there is no notification in my profile with them. this is fraud!Business response

Typically, we dont renew agreements. After your 1 year agreement is completed, you enter a month-to-month plan.

I have buyers remorse but I have left a negative review and I would like to be refunded my $200 for cancellation and possibly the 5-6 months I paid $50 each. I felt like the people they sent out to spray were inexperienced and couldve just been spraying (or dripping) water from their portable containers. No color, no smell, no reduction in pests and that was with an extra visit requested. Never saw the same person twice and I had to walk the around and guide them to crooks and crevices, opening doors and pointing to places theyd missed. I would NOT recommend their service to anyone. On a different note-their customer service is extremely professional, kind, and seemingly responsive.Business response

I'm sorry you were not happy with the service. We train all technicians so they know what they're doing and I can guarantee they weren't just dripping water. I am rejecting this response because I do not trust the business, nor the technicians that have been out.I cancelled early because I still have roaches and mice.
I think I should not have to pay the early cancellation fee. I dont request my initial fee or the months Ive paid but I never got free of pests.
If you keep the cancellation fee, I will flood social media with the treatments that I got and lack of results.

I initially called Aimvo to setup service for fleas and mosquitos, I was quoted $49 a month for the service, had my first visit, the tech sprayed for mosquitos and put out the stuff for fleas and put a barrier around the house for the other bugs. They did not once come into the home to spray for me as that was apart of the package. over a month later today 7/6/2023 I called to have a follow up for mosquitos sprayed and to have my home inside sprayed for other bugs and spiders. For one the agent was extremely rude and was like that would be $89 to have them respray, I said no when I signed up and had the tech I was told that if I needed a respray I just had to call and she was like do you want the follow up or not for the inside of the home, I said yes but I also wanted my yard resprayed for Mosquitos, They refused. This is what I signed up for was fleas, Mosquitos and regular bugs, If Aimvo cant keep to their word and contract I signed I want my services cancelled immediately and I will find another company to service my address.Business response

We do a 1 time free mosquito treatment on the initial service after that there is an $89 charge for follow up mosquito sprays. We can service the inside of your home for free for general pests as well as the outside for general pests for free. Business keeps calling and texting my number daily. I do not answer the phone and the texts refer to my mother's name stating a contract was signed and they are unable to process a payment. Neither of us use any form of pest control company, have signed up for pest control, nor would we be using one in ***** when we are in ********. Stop trying to scam.Business response

I had a salesman come by my home today and tried to sell me services. I repeatedly had to tell him no that I did not want to want to sign anything. I finally got him to leave. However before he left he was still trying to get me to sign but he started showing me information about my other neighbors and what they pay. There are 3rd party disclosure laws that make this illegal and I saw names and account numbers and amounts. That is complete 3rd party disclosure of someone's account information. This is against the law. You need to find better ways to hook new customers because this is blatantly illegal and honestly if he hadn't have shown me that I might've considered it but I will not do business with a company that will disclose information on their customers.Business response

We hired over a year ago under contract and they came out when we called. The big issue is the treatment did not work on the voles in our yard. No initial inspection was ever performed for voles or the mice we had in our garage. In addition, we had so many wasps that fell out of our patio poles during the past winter. During the last inspection and every inspection, I pointed up a ladder that was needed and where it had to be sprayed. It never happened. An inspector just left from another company and now we have to replace sod from the vole damage in the back yard and my auto was declared a complete loss from extensive mice damage. If this company had done things correctly in the 1st place a lot of this stress and cost would have been alleviated. We are requesting a full refund of all monies paid to them for over a year. The total refund should be $129 x 5 for a total of $645.00 plus any additional up front fees that we paid.Business response

They are forcing me to pay a cancellation fee for services that were never actually rendered. I have cameras on my property there is no record of them ever coming to my property or even contacting me. They put my incorrect phone number down and used that as an excuse for their failure to set up a time for services. I am not the only one with this issue either. They are purposefully locking people into inescapable contracts that have a massive cancelation fee for services that were not actually done. Luckily my credit card got stolen so they couldn't charge anything, but in order to stop them from charging me more I had to pay a cancelation fee of over $200.Business response

I'm sorry for the confusion. All customers sign a 1 year agreement. If there are any service problems we offer free resprays so that the problem can get taken care of.
