They are forcing me to pay a cancellation fee for services that were never actually rendered. I have cameras on my property there is no record of them ever coming to my property or even contacting me. They put my incorrect phone number down and used that as an excuse for their failure to set up a time for services. I am not the only one with this issue either. They are purposefully locking people into inescapable contracts that have a massive cancelation fee for services that were not actually done. Luckily my credit card got stolen so they couldn't charge anything, but in order to stop them from charging me more I had to pay a cancelation fee of over $200.Business response

I'm sorry for the confusion. All customers sign a 1 year agreement. If there are any service problems we offer free resprays so that the problem can get taken care of. This company has a very poor way to keep customers. I never received any contract on what it would cost to cancel the service. They did a service for $50 and made it seem we can cancel anytime and never mentioned we had to pay $209 more just to cancel. They ended up charging us $129 which I was advised by manager that it only comes out every three months. First treatment was June 25th and today is august 16th and they charged us $129 and told us we had to pay $209 to cancel. The only thing they could do was just use the $129 already paid to cancel our account. Their flyer says money back guaranteed 100% which is a lie since now we are out $129 and should have been fully refunded.Business response

I have attached a copy of the contract the customer received in their email after signing the agreement. The customer received a large discount off of the cancellation fee. We feel that by giving this discounted cancellation fee deal we have more then fulfilled our end of the agreement.Initial Complaint

Aimvo Pest Control came today and I spoke with the technician and informed him that he was to spray inside as well as outside. He said he would after he sprayed the yard. He never came inside to spray.Business response

It looks like a technician was sent back on the 18th to finish the inside service. If there are any other problems please feel free to contact the office at ************ to take care of anything else or if this problem hasn't been taken care of fully already.
