**** and ** were the two representatives from Jacuzzi who were assigned to install my new shower. From the time they arrived at my residence, until they departed about 9 hours later, they both conducted themselves in an extraordinarily high level of professionalism and competence. They were both high-grade professionals in every aspect, including the fact they both exhibited a high degree of work ethic and integrity, coupled with an extremely courteous nature.Review from Vicki P

Great product. Installed as scheduled in a day by **** and **. These two worked so hard and addressed every question with great professionalism. The finance options are add-on interest, not simple interest: This means that at a low interest rate, the loan carries hefty finance charges, so we paid off the loan and then paid the balance in cash. It is true that a bathroom shower of equal quality can be built for less but the Jacuzzi name with the ****** warranty plus the one day install seemed worth the expense. The installers ****** and **** were excellent. They were professional, polite, considerate and very efficient. They explained everything and answered all my questions. They left my home clean and removed all their garbage. You would never know they had been here. Except for my New Shower which is beautiful. I Love it.. On Tuesday, May 9 **** and **** came and installed a beautiful Jacuzzi shower. They were both professional and kept my wife and I informed on all aspects of the remodel. They kept the bathroom door closed to minimize the noise as they worked. They were both here more than 12 hours, not leaving until the job was done. We highly recommend Jacuzzi installation.Review from Sandy H

The installation of my new Jacuzzi shower was amazing. ************************, and ***** put in much more than an 8 hour day and didnt leave until the installation was completed to our satisfaction. They included my husband and I in the minor decisions through out the day such as shelf placement. Im very satisfied with my new shower.Review from Jim M

Great installation crew. Friendly, explained everything, kept me informed of progress, and were thorough with the various phases of the project of replacing my old walk-in shower. Took the old out down to the studs, replace the drain trap making sure it drained properly. Could no ask for better service. Thanks guys!Review from Cindy J
