    My new MC# became active on Nov, 13th and ******* made a phone number change to my account the same day. She forgot to enter a digit in my phone number. It's been 12 days and they still have not corrected it and I am unable to register on DAT loadboard for loads because of it. She told me numerous times that she contacted ***** and it was being corrected, not true. Today Nov, 25th I spoke to a manager and he told me he was personally going to take care of it and promised to text me his contact info and follow up with me by the end of the day. He never did either!! I am more than aggravated at this point and this has cost me alot of money, not to mention the $900+ I paid them to handle all of this stuff. This is beyond unacceptable and I am demanding a refund for this total lack of professionalism!! Buyers Beware!! Find another Compliance company or do it yourself

    The issue with the phone number was caused by the *****, and we have diligently worked to have it corrected. According to the *****, the updated phone number should now reflect on both ends, and this change is expected to be fully reflected by today or Friday, November 30, 2024.

    Sincerely,Its ****** and the number is still not corrected.  I also don't care what you say about it not being your companies fault. Yes, it is your fault and its been way too long that it hasn't been corrected. Your "manager" who called me yesterday also lied to me by promising me that he was going to get back to me by the end of the day to let me know what the status was. We are in 2024 and there's absolutely zero reason it should take 7 days to change 1 digit of a phone number. Your company is highly incompetent as far as I'm concerned and I wish i read all of the negative reviews before I ever hired you. I'm still demanding a refund of some sort. You've literally cost me thousands of dollars!

    After many phone calls,  myself,  to the ***** and finally getting a supervisor working on it, my phone number was corrected. *** didn't follow through with what they were supposed to be doing,  therefore I demanded a refund and they did finally send me a partial refund. I still would NOT recommend this company.

    On 10/23/2024 I requested services from this US services and paid the amount of $1,425 dollars for a dot number and they told me that they would give it to me within 24 hours. ********************************************************************************** to leave a message. They are not responsible in their work or in what they do. I do not recommend it, it seems fraudulent to me.

    On July 31st I paid $795 for their Lifetime Biennial Updating. This would cover them keeping track of my filings and requirements, and automatically update my information as need be, to keep me in full compliance with the laws and regulations. I provided them with all information asked. I initially had already obtained my DOT number. I just needed their assistance with adding two new vehicles and address update. However, I was sold on this deal and expected this company to keep their end on our contract. On august 28th I asked if both trucks had been added to our account. Response from agent via email. Yes they are, I got both ***** added to your account. Now it is October 1st and I am being told from a CHP officer that our trucks have not been added. I called US Compliance and apparently they added 3 additional drivers instead of adding the two vehicles. I was told today from agent that it will take 24hrs to fix their mistake. So now Im paying for this lifetime service and the initial service couldnt be completed. And I have been lied to, when I asked if the trucks were added. I would like to know the price on address change and adding the two vehicles (If it gets added). I do not trust that this company will be keeping my account compliant if I have to be checking their work after theyve confirmed.

    Paid for services and did not get it. They only want to give credit in the amount $100 less than what I paid, $955. They were deceptive thru out the entire process of dealing with them. They did not provide me with information about their services that would have prevented the transaction. They specifically targeted me for their services immediately after filing my DOT number in *****. By calling me and telling me I needed their services when I truely didnt as provided by the Texas DOT. They denied several requests for refund however 2 weeks ago I was able to get they to give me a credit in recognition of services not received.

We regret to learn of your dissatisfaction; however, our records indicate that the services you purchased in January 2021 were provided to best of our ability as your vehicle information was not provided to us and kept us from finalizing all required services on your account.  After multiple attempts over the course of a few months we were lead to issuing a credit for unfulfilled services as a courtesy.

    Upon further investigation of this complaint regarding your account, we reviewed your calls with our compliance agents when you called back in June of 2024 inquiring about re-establishing services regarding your account.  When our agent reviewed with you on the call what services we were able to complete, and services we could not complete, you stated on that particular call that you knew of the services being set up for yourself on the account, but you never followed up with us to get the ball rolling.  We also, at the time, as another courtesy, in one of our calls offered a credit to you in the full amount in which you paid to help offset the costs you will incur to get your business reinstated with the FMCSA. 

     Based upon the information in our records and in accordance with the Terms and Conditions that were reviewed with, and acknowledged by you, we are unable to process a refund due to a written cancellation request.

    We remain committed to helping you with your compliance needs and are still willing to honor a credit equal to your investment in 2021 if you choose to resume services with us. Please feel free to reach out for further discussion.

    i appreciate that they have acknowledged the fact that they did not serve. But I did not give written notice of cancellation!! And if they have such it was more likely forged without my knowledge and does not excuse refund. Any respectable business would issue a refund. Specifically a business that generates significant revenue should not be shy in issuing money. Thats why this company is suspicious in its conduct. As a transport business they should be professionally knowledgeable of the industry. Therefore should have generously informed me of several facts that would have more likely prevented the transaction. Like prerequisites of the purchase and the fact that major transport companies have owner operators with llc, transport under their company DOT number. therefore not requiring companies like US compliance. This company scams people whom are nieve to the business as their reviews show on ******* The company has defeated the purpose of an American company in which service is provided upon a transaction involving money. Im still within the statutes to pursue legal action in statute tolling. it seems that this company still believes it is entitled to money that is rightfully mine as they have acknowledged. This company is acting torturously in the sense of treating this transaction as if it where involving several thousands of dollars. Exhibiting a unwillingness to settle a small dispute is legally and ethically questionable. This company has targeted me by knowing I was in contact with Texas DOT for registration implicit of spying or stocking of some sense. This company is unreasonable.

    I started my business back in July or August of 2023 and was not sure about *** process, FMCSA guided me on that and helped me get through but that was after I got caught by US compliance services, they charged me $ 645 for the *** that was free with FMCSA. I was registered as an agent and did not need this company as agent. They made me think that it was for them to help me get my *** and I only received UCR registration which is $38.10 and they charged me $645 for that? When you can get it UCR.GOV dor $38.10!!!! in conclusion what they do is totally wrong and take advantage that dont know how to start this whole process. At that time I have already applied for my *** with FMCSA and in process. Its horrible to charge this amount and you are barely start on this business obviously no money for it specially if its free and they wont say that because they need to get their business going to get that money and keep running but with lies all lies. SINCE I DID ALL THAT ON MY OWN, I NEED MY MONEY BACK.

The invoice we have for you states that we provided you with a Safety Reporting System and Driver Qualification file for $195 and your Texas Cab Card and Certificate for $450.00, both which equate to $645. In doing further research, we in fact, didn't do your UCR as that was done by you, which you stated. The services in which you agreed upon and signed our terms and conditions for were fulfilled as we worked with you through the entire process all the way through December 15th when we were able to get your Cab Card set up. Some of the delay in getting that particular service established were noted as delays in being able to reach you when we tried to call you and get more information.


    It appears we also reached out to you yesterday regarding the renewal for your account as time is getting close to your annual date, and you stated to our agent that you were not interested in doing a renewal with us. It appears this call may have been what triggered a response from you requesting your money back, but at this time, our services we provided for you were agreed upon by you and completed in their entirety, and within our company guidelines. Refunds may be requested up to three days from the beginning date of service. This account would not be eligible for a refund at this time.

    Right After i submitted my DOT request, i ve got a call from USCS, the said that i require to pay $250 for "Safety reporting system and driver qualification", you forced me to pay it right now. After that i called to the ***** and ask them if its really required, they said NO, its not required. I called back to USCS and ask about refund, the guy said that someone from "Legal team" will call me back in 1 hour, but nobody called. I decided to call one more time, and the guy said that someone will reach out to me tomorrow, but nobody called. So i want to get a fully refund !!!

    I've been fighting to get a refund from this company since January 12th. They called me immediately after applying through fmcsa website for a *** number stating that I needed to complete my application with them so portrayed thatthey were affiliated with the federal motor carrier. They charged my credit card for $1884 most of that fee was going towards hut tax application which I've since done myself and it cost less than $5. I called them immediately on January 12th when realizing, through speaking with people actually working for the fmcsa that I should disregard any companies classifying themselves as "compliance" as they are third party soliciting. I spoke to a man named ****** at us compliance who flat out denied me a refund saying I missed the 3 day window to get a refund. I pleaded with him further and he told me he would take to the supervisors and get back to me with a day. I never got a call back. I continued calling over ave over leaving multiple messages and sending emails detailing why I wanted my money back, still no response to any of my calls or messages. They have not rendered any services to me certainly nothing worth $1884, they have zero customer service and this is a flat out scam. I should be asking for pain and suffering allocations because this has causing me great distress to the point that I debated abandoning my new business. They preyed upon my personal information and lied about their affiliations to falsely cohort people into giving them money. This is disgusting how they operate and ******* people with false associations and penalties.

    After being refused a refund when I called on January 12th I initiated a fraud complaint with my bank to attempt to get my money back since us compliance wasn't willing to refund the money.  After thirty days the bank had no response from us compliance so they ruled in my favor.  Then on March 1st they finally responded to the bank contesting the validity of this charge and my bank then reestablished the charge on my card.  However no response has ever been received on my end from them at all following my call for a refund on January 12th. Now my next step is going to be to contact my lawyer and begin a lawsuit against them for my refund since all other avenues have been exhausted to no avail.  I see numerous other complaints from this company by other people with the same issue so perhaps this will turn into a class action lawsuit against this vulture company.

    I did receive a call from us compliance services abs spoke to a women named ***** and she told me that they would issue my refund once I canceled the dispute with my bank.  I did so a couple weeks ago but still as of yesterday have not received my refund back.

    I have received a full refund from this company around the first week of April, I began this battle against them the beginning of January so it took them a third of a year to finally correct this situation.  I would not recommend anyone use this company.  Terrible customer service, ridiculous fees and costs for documents that are obtainable on one's own for a fraction of the cost of not free.  Not worth a dollar.

    As many others on this website after reading their complaints. I have noticed that I myself fall into the same category of scam from this company. after registering this company reached out to me promising that they can get me registered and licensed for my trucking company. Once payment was received I was on a block list and had to call form other phone numbers in order to reach a live person. Each time I was redirected and unable to get clear answers on services and deadlines. I notified them that my information was incorrect that they had filed and i was told it would get corrected two weeks later i look on the *** website and the information is still wrong and still no authorization. I then asked about **** completion and other filing information and they sent me a email stating irs was down with a irs logo that was obviously fake due to the print of the picture that they forgot to erase at the top of the picture was not irs website. I then went on the *** website after the email was sent to me and there was no shutdown indicated. I have been given the run around and no services completed. I had to go on the website and complete services and update information myself after services were paid for that they were suppose to do. This company is a scam do not use them! I should be fully refunded because nothing was completed.

    First of all USCS contacted us immediately after we signed up for our *** number and the wording in their email alluded that their services were part of the ***** *** registration and we needed their services to complete the *** registration which costed $884. Then they charged another $165 to remove our freight forwarder (**) number and said they would complete the paperwork to add LLC to our name for free. When I followed up with the ***** about removing the ** number they said they never received anything from USCS so I completed it myself. Then when I questioned USCS and asked for a refund of our $165 and they said it was still being processed (which it was not because once again I verified it through *****) and they said the correction of the company name was part of the $165 (which it wasn't originally) and they would handle it. Another week has gone by and I once again followed up with the ***** and the paperwork to have our name corrected has not been filled, so I have started the process myself to have it corrected. Yet, USCS continues to deny my refund of $165 for the *** registration correction. I will be happy to forward all emails with USCS if needed

    Hello:

    We conducted research regarding this complaint and I wanted to share with you where we are currently at regarding this account.  

    The change of carrier/removal of the **(purchased 8/9/23) and adding "***"(done for free as courtesy) were submitted on 8/16/23 per the notes. We had been requesting the articles for adding "***" from the client with no response. One of our agents pulled them off the Secretary of State website on 8/16/23. This is the same day that we submitted our paperwork to remove the ** and to add the ***..

    The client submitted paperwork on their own the same day without the paperwork to add the *** and without the articles. 
    We chatted with the ***** and confirmed that paperwork for both were received the same day.

    The ***** processed their paperwork which did not reflect adding the ***, as ours did.

    Our Office Manager, ******, explained this to the client and was waiting for the client to confirm that he wanted us to resubmit our paperwork to add the ***.
    He did not confirm this for ******, but we did submit the paperwork 9/13/23 again and asked them to expedite it for us so the *** should be added soon.

    Again, the services for the ***, which is the only service waiting to be completed is a service that is free of charge and is being processed at the moment.  We also checked with the ***** and confirmed that they only received our paperwork currently that we resubmitted to add the "***" to the *** name as it should be.

    Transaction date 9-12-23 I had just applied for a ***** # and i revived a call from them saying they need to file the rest of the paperwork for me. I was gullible in believing them and then found out later that they are frauds. they do not file anything they just take your money!
