      Good afternoon my name is ***********************. I am hoping you can help me out with a Title Issue I've been exhausted in trying to have sent to me from Horizon Credit Union in *****, *****, to my new place of residence in ****. I had my **** title sent to ***** in 2018. I took out a small loan with Icon Credit Union. They were awesome until Horizon took over. I started having major loan payment issue. keep in mind they all were taken out of my checking account. over a span of 4 mths they issued wrong paymt amounts to each of my 3 taken over loans. added **** in premium insurance after i already had insured with icon and proven. To top it off i owed around 585 dollars. i was so frustrated i didnt even make my last 3 payments monthyly. a lady gave me a total to bring to 0. sure enough 1 week later i owed 84 more. i tried paying that 3 diff times at 100 online I have receipts to prove it.. now its been over a year, they still have a lien on my title . they wont send me my paid off title to my **** lexus rx vin#***************** What do I need to do to receive the Title so I can get plates on my car in ****?       I had gotten a bank account with ********** on 12/29/22 and pretty much immediately, I started having issues with them and they failed to tell me pertinent information. This resulted in several issues and me missing work because of it. One of the issues was that my direct deposit didnt go through because they gave me the checking account number which was one digit off this caused several issues: I couldnt pay rent or my rent on time, I couldnt do bill pay or send money and I still cant which is over 2 and a half months later. I tried calling the bank assistant manager and she didnt answer. I left her a voicemail and she still hasnt responded. But I tried sending an email and she still hasnt gotten back to me. That was about a month ago that I tried contacting her several times..Another issue is that if I got a couple checks and I want to deposit it, I have to do that within business hours. If I could t get there within business hours, I would have to use the *** which when I did that, it took five days before I got that money accessible to me only because I left work early to talk to them in person. Ive had my utility bill company already tell me that if I dont pay on time next time that theyre going to shut it off. My car insurance went up because of this. And no one is taking accountability or even apologizing for this issue.Now I have to look for another bank because I still cant do bill pay. Which means I have to miss more work to get another Bing account and then close down this account. This is such a hassle.

      To Whom It May **************** spoke with **** about her complaint which is about ********** CU not Horizon. **** said she is not a Horizon member and she thought she put it on **********'s site. So this shouldn't be against Horizon and hopefully this gets cleared up for her and **********.

      Middle of January, 2022, we decided to change the auto insurance. We submitted the new policy 4 times to Horizon Credit Union, Insurance Tracking in **********, *****. The Credit keep sending us warnings and we keep sending copies by mail and fax, The new insurance company send one by mail as well as fax. They never responded that the policy had the wrong vin number. So we decided to call the Credit and finally they said the vin number is wrong. So they charged the loan $2,609. So when we called them, they told us to correct the vin number. Finally, when all the information was corrected, the Credit Union refunded us only $1,930 and they charge us the difference of $679 so the loan went up. They should refund us the full amount and so they have to refund the remaining $679. We send them copies in January, then in February, then March. After sending the policy why did the Credit Union not mention discrepancy of the Vin Number. They only mentioned it when we finally gave them a call. Even the threatening letters send to us, they never mentioned the vin number is wrong. If we did not call them and clarify the issue, we won't know the real issue. We would like a refund of the $679.00. This is not out fault. The Bank should have mentioned at the beginning what the issue was. We have to call them.....why??????

      I have had a recreational vehicle loan with Horizon Credit Union since 2020. During this time, I have been diligent about making all payments on time, and have even paid extra on payments. Earlier this year (Jan/Feb) there must've been a glitch in their system, as I received a notice that my **** did not autopay as it usually does. I spent my afternoon trying to get ahold of Horizon, trying to pay on their website, etc. There were many barriers in trying to do this, and I kept getting bounced around between different representatives just trying to pay a ****. They also kept having me login to all kinds of different areas on their website (which was confusing). They are not user friendly at all. I paid my **** at the beginning of February, and they told me I was good to go. Later that month, I found a **** on my credit report from Horizon that the **** had been paid 30 days late. I was very upset, as I have impeccable credit, and have never had anything reported on it. I want this decision reversed, as the bank did not give me proper notice, nor the proper tools to be able to pay my **** in a timely manner. My account number with ********************** is *** (I think. it's not available on their website after you login. Another terrible feature).
