5 starsI recently hired Sublime Electric for a project, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. From start to finish, their team was professional, courteous, and incredibly skilled. ***** was able to get everything set up smoothly for me and she was on top of everything until the completion of the project. The tech arrived on time, clearly outlined the work that needed to be done, and completed everything efficiently. The quality of their work was top-notch, and before taking off they made sure everything was cleaned up better than when they arrived. Excellent electrical restoration work on old 1930's home. Crew was quick to respond and determine needed electrical work. Stayed within confines of agreement made before services rendered and were very clear to point out if extra costs would be involved. 1 starI had a large tree removed which left an exposed wire in my yard. I called sublime and they were able to come out right away. The guy who came was nice and disconnected the yard wire in the box next to the house and was gone in about 5 minutes.A month later I got an invoice in my email. They sent the **** to my old address. It was for $90 so I called to see if they would knock it down since the tech was only here for 5 minutes and just disconnected a single wire. They said that was their minimum fee and I pressed a little suggesting $50 would be more reasonable to cover gas/driving time (they were close to my house). The lady I was talking to on the phone ***** said "she didn't want to argue with me and that she could add on a late fee if I would like". Very ***** and unprofessional. I asked why she would charge a late fee and she said it was because they mailed the invoice a month ago. I looked at the invoice and realized it was address to my old address and then said they must have sent it to my old address and that they should update it. I asked where they sent it and she said "I'm not going to argue with you about addresses". I said "I've moved and you probably need my new address", but she just said again "I'm not going to argue with you have a good day" and hung up on me.The techs from this company have been very nice and great when I've asked them questions, but unfortunately I think this ***** lady might give you headaches if you have to work through any billing/admin issues with them, so I have to not recommend them unfortunately.
