      On 2-24-25, I proceeded to use the self check out scanning most items in the cart because I currently have a disability so everything that I lift is extremely painful. The cashier first and then manager second came over to me and told me that I couldnt do that but did not offer to help me after I told them both I had a disability. They got the security guard. The security guard approached me and again I explained that I had a disability that prevented me from putting everything on the belt in a regular line and that also prevented me from putting everything on the scale in self check out and that he was welcome to check my receipt when I was done to make sure that I scanned everything. I told him that I only had two things left and I would like to just please finish And that next time Ill have to bring somebody with me to help. At this point, he was the third ******** that I told of my disability. Not one out of the three of them offered to just help me finish. The security guard then told me that he has my picture now and a video of me and that he was going to post the picture. He told me that he would be watching me every time that I come in there from now on. He made me feel like some type of criminal. For three ********s to be that insensitive about a disability and for the security guard to actually tell me how he was going to post my picture somewhere and watch me every time I come in like Im some type of criminal is so discriminatory and upsetting for someone with a disability. It was also very embarrassing as other shoppers didnt know what was going on so they probably assumed I did something wrong. I have been an Acme customer for 30 years and will never patronize Acme again. I was told by customer service that a regional manager would give me a call back and its been five days at this point and I have not received a phone call. I thought that they would care about this incident but clearly they dont. I will have to shop elsewhere.

      They are CHEATING customers. Weigh your meat items - do not trust the weight on the packages! They overcharged me .67 lbs! When you're buying something +$10lb that's a significant difference. I called after uncovering this and the store manager just said to come back and get a refund. He didn't even acknowledge this could potentially be across their entire meat department. Who knows how long they have been overcharging customers.

      No one at any level of Acme knows how to run a business. I was late to substitute two items in my cart and NO ONE was willing to help. Online chat told me talk to the store. Store told me go to customer service. **************** told me to go to store. The two items in question were redeemable for 46 cents a bag, but they refused to do so, making me do all the work when all they had to do was charge me a miscellaneous charge. **************** the line is terrible it goes dead. I was lied to saying I can get a full refund/credit of getting the two items in question if I just go in the store and get them and call back to adjust. Never told me it has to be a online order vs an in store order, and after all that they refused to give me my credit after all. Acme treats their customers and employees like c*** so I am not surprised. Wasted my time, energy and money due to your complete incompetence.

      I have been trying for three days with two browsers to create a delivery order with ACME Markets without success, When I enter my. address, I get a notice that the *********** can't verify it and I should try. again. The apartment complex in which I live has been here since 1955, and I have lived in it for 30 years. I've called twice, but the representative could only say that she was sorry and would put in a ticket. I contacted the company via the form on the website. On the form it has the option of being contacted by email or telephone. I indicated telephone. Of course, I got an email, a placating email, without any suggestion of a work-around. I would avoid ACME if there were two products I can only get at one of the stores. But, obviously, I'm not going to get them any time soon, When ****** takes over, will this kind of disinterested customer service continue?Neighborhood supermarket, my foot.

      Earlier this year in March, I went to a specific Acme that is less than a mile from my house. Ive done so every morning for the last year and a half this Acme is in a shopping center that was recently sold to another owner late 2023 and with no Way to contact the property manager I contacted the leasing office which they replied you must go to a business to contact the property manager for any issues I did this. I went to ask the manager as I was talking to an employee. another one interrupted me they asked me do , you? When I replied, no they said why does this concern you? The bus stop is on access road that you have to walk up the driveway to get to the shopping center for when I asked for the manager the woman who interrupted the conversation between me and other employees said hes not here I asked when will he be in? She replied I dont know its time for you to go I said a few choice words contacted the Township. The store was in because they were blocking the sidewalk between them and GameStop customers only access to walk lane from GameStop to their store. The district manager was very apologetic , and when I went in a few weeks later to purchase a few things and employee said no longer welcome so Im gonna end with this a year prior I went into purchase a sandwich before I went into another business Anytime Fitness in the same complex when someone drove by said hey ****** Went to Acme to tell the woman at the service desk who I used to work with when it was super fresh she said its just words but its a crime speech I was banned from the store. Albertsons needs to go into bankruptcy. Albertsons needs to file for bankruptcy and Kroger needs to shut the store 2693 down if the Merger goes through, but if it doesnt, Albertsons its no good and like many other companies like super fresh/egg and/Pathmark have been wiped off the map so will Albertsons

      I placed an order to acme catering, via Doordash the day before for a cheese tray and a veggie/fruit tray, so that I would have it time for my Christmas Eve party. Well today, 8 minutes before Im supposed to get my order, I get an email saying it was canceled due to them being closed. That is extremely embarrassing and unprofessional and I will NEVER order or shop this trash company again. Thank you Acme at ********************* for ruining Christmas:

      I feel that I was done unjustly I went home sick ?? and they told everyone I quit ***** the store director told me not come back so how did I quit ? I have lost five days of pay ?? and had to get other job and I was told to reapply for acme all over again how is that fair? And they gave my job to someone else because I went home sick?

      We recently visit ACME grocery store at ********. We could not find vegetable and fruit as they posted on the current week AD. It happened each week. The company never carry the grocery as their posted in their weekly AD. For example, the weekly AD from August 26 to Sept 1, the first AD of Cantaloupes, Honeydew melon or mini Watermelon at $199. They did not have them from August 26 to August 28(today). Why they posted but not have any of them? It is fraud business practice. Could you help?

      Ive been shopping at ******************* Acme in **********, ** and have grown very infuriated by this establishment. As a frequent shopper I noticed how embarrassed I feel Every-time I leave out after paying for my items. In self checkout they racially profile black people and treat you like a possible thief. It doesnt matter if you have 1-4 items in your hand with no bag on you they will disregard watching the other customers who are white and come over to you, watching you like a hawk. You can literally feel their eyes on you, treating you like a suspect. Its so embarrassing. Ive complained about this store and nothing happened. Ive had workers walk up on me , so close, just to watch me scan and when I would notice and look up, theyll ask me if I need help.??? If I needed help I would not be in self checkout! As a female who wears fitted clothes, doesnt carry a bag inside and always carry the few item I came for, the disrespect is insane! This town altogether is racist and racially profile black people. I dont appreciate the disrespect and I have a problem with not being able to defend myself just so I dont get banned from the store! This is the only place I get my fish from! Something has to happen and Im going to figure it out. I get anxiety now when I go to this store and I feel publicly defamed. Im traumatized now to the point I dont trust any non colored and I become paranoid and defensive around them. Thats not normal nor okay and something has to happen!
