    4/17/2025 Talked to ******** a sales *** about sale my home and she added what she claimed to be the owner named ******* on the line and he treated me with a huge amount of disrespect but that is horrible customer service and treated me like I was a nobody and belittled me on the phone and stated I lied about what the home is worth even though I had it appraised and have estimate for the ***airs as well. If this is a higher employee I strongly suggest reviewing him as a person but you can't talk to people that way.

    I am rejecting this response because: it is not acceptable to be little someone on the phone and not only that to keep sending harassing voicemails after the fact I would highly suggest replacing those two because it can make your company look really bad and it's not a very good business technique what so ever to talk to people in that matter. I know exactly how much this house is worth in it's current condition since I have personally had a person come out and give me the worth and to give me estimate on exactly how much it would cost to repair it and how much it will be worth after the repairs are done. If the continuing of leaving inappropriate voicemail continue I will be contacting the proper authorities and I will be pressing charges against them and the company as well.

    This company REPEATEDLY harasses me with postcards regarding the sale of my home over the past several years. I have sent two letters requesting to be removed from their mailing list yet they persist. Considering the fact that they use the ********************* for their harassment, at some point, it seems like the federal authorities need to deal with this organization.

    We are very sorry for the inconvenience of receiving a postcard in the mail.  We do our best to remove addresses when requested, but we constantly purchasing new lists from different providers and the addresses often show up again.  Please disregarding any future postcards - they are in no way an attempt to harass, just an effort to get our message out to those who need it.  We will do our best to remove your address - please recycle if you receive any in the future.

    Stop sending harassing flyers wanting to buy my home that isn't even listed. Only the scum of the earth preys upon people in these trying times. Get lost scum.

    Hi ****,

    I am very sorry that receiving one of our postcards bothered you.  We will do our best to remove you from future mailings.  We ask for your patience and forgiveness if perhaps your address appears on a future mailing as we are constantly buying new and updated listed from different providers who handle the mail for us.

    I would ask that you not make disparaging statement regarding things you know nothing about.  You have never done business or communicated with us and the claim that we "prey" on people is completely false.

    In fact, there are many people who truly need and benefit greatly from our services.  We do our very best to treat people fairly and come up with solutions that work for everyone.  

    Just last week, we were able to buy a house from a young women who would about to lose her house and her equity to the bank because she was in foreclosure.  The sale date was only a few days away when she called us.  We dropped everything and drove 7 hours just to meet with her, put the deal together, work with the title company and get it closed before she lost everything to the foreclosure sale.  Now she has a couple extra weeks to take her time moving out of her house and we were able to get her $45,000 in cash that she would have lost otherwise.

    I am receiving unwanted unsolicited pieces of mail from Resolve Home Buyers. I want all my personal and contact information permanently deleted and no further correspondence mailed to me.

    They sent me this mailer and it is annoying, it is addressed to my mom, ***************************, but *************************** is not the owner of this house anymore, I am.. I just inherited this house from her.. I AM NOT SELLING, NOT NOW NOR EVER, and even if I was, I would not pick a business that can't LISTEN to people! Last year, I emailed this company, and I asked to be removed from their mailing list, they mailed me again this year(they did not LISTEN).. So, I called them this year, and ask for them to stop mailing me these stupid mailers(post cards).. I don't know if they removed me or not, but judging from the other complaints this seems to be the norm.... Harassment of the customers, and ignoring their requests not to be disturbed, is not a good business model.. When people ask you not to disturb them, please leave them alone, especially If they ask to be removed from your mailing list! Because you are killing your own business, by continuing to be a nuisance..

    My complaint is the same as all the others. Essentially, this company regularly sends me unwanted, unsolicited mail stating "I want to buy your property."Recently I received one of their mailers with a return address so I returned to sender and requested that they remove me from their mailing list. Unfortunately, not only am I continuing to receive the mailers but now the mailers no longer have a return address so I can't refuse them through USPS.I am registered on several "no mail solicitations" lists, so it is really bothersome that this company continues to harass me about buying my house when my house is not for sale.I've also read Resolve Home Buyers' response to others with the same complaint, and they say that because they outsource their marketing to different companies they won't guarantee removal from all mailing lists. That response is unacceptable. I want this company to remove me from ALL their mailing lists and to stop harassing me.

    Resolve home buyers , ************************* keeps sending post card mailings although I have repeatedly over the last two almost three years called, sent them back with notes to stop sending! I want OFF their mailing list , I dont care what their excuses are asap

    Regarding your assertion that we are a scam - I take accusations like that very seriously.  Unbeknownst to you, we actually provide an extremely valuable service for people who are looking to sell their house with speed, simplicity, and certainty that the typical market process can not provide. Over the seven years we have been in business, we have worked with many sellers who are very happy with our service.

    I receive a large amount of marketing mailers from the company. I called and asked to be removed from their mailing list and was told that no one could remove me because the name and address comes from a marketing company. She refused to take my information to have me removed or provide me with ********************* to contact to remove me from their list. I do not want to be on their list or be harassed by monthly mailers. Please make it stop.
