    I recently received our 2023 Profit and Loss Statement from our accountant and noticed a completely unexpected charge of $1,908 from Zonguru Holdings Inc.This is a software that I signed up for on May 22, 2023 for a FREE 7-Day Trial. I received a Welcome Email from them on Monday May 22, 2023 at 3:02PM.I cancelled the annual subscription on the 7th day of the 7-day trial and thought that was the end of it. The company is claiming that my subscription length was 8 days.They claim that the subscription was canceled by me within the ** platform at9:15am on the 30th May. However, they are not providing evidence of this. I have asked to see a screenshot of the exact date and time I canceled because I have no record of this. There is no way I would have let this go past 7 days knowing that I would be charged such an enormous amount of money.Their support team said we cannot refund this transaction. We have a very generous 30 day refund window and your refund request has come almost at the end of your subscription with ample usage of the software in that period.Notice their verbiage ample usage of the software in that period. After cancelation, I did not log into their robust Zonguru app even ONE TIME over the past year until very recently because I was trying to find evidence within the app of the exact date and time my cancelation request was made.I was however receiving Monthly Metric emails from them but I simply thought they kept their former customers on their email list to try and entice us to sign up again in the future. Each email they sent always said "Your subscription has been cancelled" at the top of the email. I would have never paid $1,908 to receive Monthly Metric emails from any company.I would like a full refund from this company in the amount of $1,908.Thank you for any assistance you are able to provide.Sincerely,*****************
