I enrolled to take nutrition classes, was told that it was a degree program and accredited. It is not, a degree program and in fact, there is no actual nutrition classes. The classes outlined as nutritional where just stories, nothing more. Communication ended over 30 days ago, when I asked for my concerns to be addressed. I would like my ******* refunded. Everything my advisor told me turned out to be not true.

    Hi ******,

Thank you for sharing your concerns here.

We have reviewed all communications with your Admissions Advisor. Our thorough inquiry into this matter revealed that a degree program was not discussed, mentioned, or raised as a desired outcome during the enrollment process.

Only the questions of accreditation and a Nutrition certificate were raised and discussed during conversations with your Admissions Advisor. The replies provided by your Advisor on these topics were correct we do provide a certificate and accompanying title, and we are accredited by two organizations.

In the first enrollment call with your Advisor on March 23, 2022, you posed the question Is this a Nutrition certificate, is there a chance to be board-certified, what are my options?

Your Advisor replied You get both. With this, you become a Certified Functional Nutrition Counselor, and were accredited by AADP. The certification we offer allows you to call yourself a Certified Functional Nutrition Counselor; this reply is correct.

In a follow-up call on March 28, 2022, you asked your Advisor Is any of this accredited?

Your advisor replied Yes, through AADP, the ******************** of ******** Practitioners. You will be a board-certified holistic health practitioner. This information is also correct.

These two exchanges are the extent of communications that took place regarding our accreditation and the certificate/title that we offer through our program.

We do cover the learning outcomes and the certification offered through our program in-depth at the start of the program, throughout the first week of orientation, and in materials available to you immediately upon enrollment.

We have a 14-day refund window that is outlined in the signed Terms & Conditions you submitted (attached to this reply). Any questions or concerns about whether our program offers a formal degree would have needed to be raised during the allotted refund window in April 2022.

As an exception to the signed Terms & Conditions and per your recent request to our team, we have canceled all future payments before the tuition payment plan was fulfilled. We also refunded one recent payment as a courtesy.

However, per company policy, we are not able to provide a refund of all tuition paid past the 14-day refund window that is agreed to in the signed Terms & Conditions. We apologize that this is not the outcome you were hoping for.

    Kind Regards,
    ****

I am rejecting this response because: you refunded the payment that you weren't supposed to take to begin with. As you already said you would cancel me. You have taken months to respond, if ever bothering to respond at all.

I asked you to share the recording with me, as I was sure I asked very specific questions.

I was sick with covid when classes began and got a very late start. Had I known that you don't actually teach any nutrition, even in the nutrition classes, I would not have enrolled here.

My advisor also promised that ****** had ** up and running and helping people and making an income immediately to help repay the classes, when I voiced concern over tuition. Didn't happen.

You need to refund my tuition so I can take classes at a school that actually offers nutrition learning.

    Sincerely,

I signed up for a certificate program and was too Ill to utilize it. I first requested a refund within 6 months. Now it has been over a year, but that all thats transpired is time. I have received nothing for my money and I want it back. Im permanently disabled. They say I signed a contract with only a two week period for refund. Thats ridiculous! It was $4,600!!!!
