      False advertising! They call their nap mats "organic nap mat" but inside it's filled with polyester. A product must contain 95% organically produced materials to be labeled as organic.

      Avoid doing business with this company. I ordered a gift in December and was unaware that I was placed on an "automatic subscription". This was not clear when I checked out, although their customer service rep said I authorized recurring charges. I don't recall this authorization being part of the checkout process. The order I made was specifically for three deliveries at a fixed price, an option they offered. Six months later I've been billed an additional $217 for merchandise without my authorization. I have reached out to the company and they "cancelled" the subscription. BTW most of the toys sent are available in ******* and Target. Not worth the price or aggravation. The owners should be ashamed.

      Boxes arriving approximately a month late. Contacted customer service about their consistently late shipping and possibly canceling only to get told it's my fault and that I would be charged extra since a pre-paid discount was initially provided. I voice frustration and get told it's my fault that changing the birthdate in their system does absolutely nothing and is useless to anyone and everyone. They refund me 15 dollars on a **** dollar order. Then they tell me to use the Customer Portal to change my shipping. Customer Portal only allows me the ability to extend the shipping date and not make it earlier. Communication is fast, but that doesn't matter when the service is terrible. Every single person I know will be told about their terrible service. I will make sure that no one I know will ever purchase from Lovevery again.

      I feel disgusting by them auto subscribe me even after I chose the single month only, so when buying they do have multiple month and single month selection to choose to buy, and the multiple months has cheaper price, I chose single month, but suddenly I see in my email they order for me another month, I don't know where is the hidden button to tick off for subscription, but by logic, if you already give a single month and multiple month selection, shouldn't that mean that it's only a one time business? just feel bad on this experience......

      Beautiful toys! I started my subscription with my newborn and have continued for a year now. I love the toys we get and so does my little one. They are well-made, aesthetically pleasing, and educational. They engage my little one in a way that light up, musical toys cant and she has gained so much from working with these toys. Their books are absolutely fantastic and some of my little ones favorites. So happy with our subscription and grateful to have such a smart and accessible assortment of Montessori learning items available. Their email newsletters are fantastic too. Highly recommend.

      DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY/ READ BEFORE YOU BUY!This company (Lovevery Inc.) has done the same thing to me, 120 + dollars charged twice to my account. Already being in a bit of a crisis in ******* with just buying groceries, you shouldnt be punished for wanting to give your children something nice. This company made 22M in ***************************************************************************************************************************************** 2022 this can be a "mistake" Oh and GOOOOOD LUCK actually contacting these people. They will make sure that you wont get ahold of them. Its insane that companies like these try to s**** people over that support them from being a small business to again MILLIONS of dollars. Now you take advantage of the very people that helped you. I would RATHER give my money to a big toy company for one reason: I can actually CALL THEM, and they are ACCOUNTABLE.

      I have an issue with their business practices. My credit card is charged the day my subscription is scheduled to ship but shipping is often delayed a week or more with no real explanation other than we are trying as fast as we can.
