This company is contracted to enforce parking at the apartment I live at. If they did their job, even once a month, I would have a parking space to park my vehicle. I've been parking on the street, every night, 200 yards from my building for nearly a month now, which is very inconvenience when I need to haul groceries inside. This evening I counted 10 cars without parking passes. The company used to come by, at least somewhat frequently, but now it's practically never. It must be nice to be paid by an apartment complex, without having to do any work! You'd think it would be pretty quick and easy to drive through a small parking lot to check for passes, on a routine basis. If anyone out there reading this wants to start a parking enforcement buisness in the area, the competition has set the bar so low, it's practically on the floor.Initial Complaint

I was parked in a guest parking spot for less than 4 hours, when I parked the ground was covered with snow and I parked an inch over the line. Now there's a $150 fee to remove it or I will be towed in less than 8 hours. Horrible costumer support or empathy. There was no signs, there was no kind of warning. When I finally got someone out there they were very rude and sarcastic with me.Initial Complaint

On November 17th 2024 my fiancs car was booted. I parked her car outside in the parking spots by our apartments where we are absolutely allowed to park. Our parking pass fell off the window probably because of the cold and was on the floor board on the drivers side. I called the number on the window sticker and told them I live here and was booted by mistake and was told it was not a mistake and that it wasnt on the window so Im not allowed to be there. After the girl came out to talk with me I talked to her about my lease, opened the door and showed her the pass sitting there, and offered proof of my residence there. I was told its her supervisor and not her but he wouldnt let her take the boot off without charging me. I have no idea who this woman was. She came to my house in a personal car, and was just wearing a hoodie that said security on the back. She told me its between me and my property manager because they are contracted but didnt know anything about our lease rules and parking criteria. I have no way of contacting them since its a Sunday so I basically have to get strong armed out of 150$ or get the car towed. I told her I was calling meridian police because I dont think its legal and she said she would wait. She waited about 10 minutes then left without saying anything. I called the dispatch line and she told me she had other work she had to do so she left even though we were waiting for police. After talking with the police they told me it was civil and they couldnt do anything unless it was through property management. I have reached out to property management but wont be able to do anything since its a weekend so I have to eat this money even though Im within my lease and in a spot Im allowed to be in.Initial Complaint

Deep six parking enforcement booted our vehicle parked right in front of the visitors parking sign(we were visiting a friend's house). There was no communication on the sign which side of the sign to park on. It seemed completely unreasonable that we would have to pay 150$ to be released from the wheel boot. Better communication to visitors could solve this problem. I find their operation to be predatory and corrupt, financially preying on people. The only options we were given is pay or get towed and pay more. Very unprofessional. I asked the deep six employee several times if the sign indicated specifically (other than the general area) where to park( between two signs, within dotted lines, 100' from houses ect). I already knew it didnt specify and she agreed but insisted my friend in the neighborhood should have told me the information. I rejected her notions and insisted the sign should give all communication necessary to park in the correct location. She then told me she would have her manager call me but it would be 30 minutes. This was a lie. What she was actually doing (evidence would suggest) was dispatching a tow truck to immediately tow the vehicle. This resulted in a police officer arriving to moderate the situation. Eventually my friend paid the 150$ and the deep six employees left. This senario leaves a person recognizing they were just legally robbed. This company will boot any car they want and demand payment or get towed. They are dishonest, corrupt, and dont care about their reputation, only their bottom line.Initial Complaint

Date of Transaction: August 17, 2024 Amount: $155 The nature of the dispute is lack of proper signage designating a parking spot as towable. I parked at an apartment complex in the tenant's parking spot for less than 90min an a cable was tied around my wheel making it unmovable. I called Deep Six and they would not remove without immediate payment of $155. There was no sign designating I couldn't park there. Thus I'm requesting a refund.Business Response

You were booted for no permit in a permit parking lot only. There are very large signs saying permit parking only, along with the towing sign. Cant miss it. They are at every entrance. When we patrol, we are to patrol for no permit. We dont know the time you parked. We patrol at random times at several places, so we dont know how long a car has been thereInitial Complaint

Deep ****************** booted our car in our apartment complex with the apartment complex tag hanging in the window. They refuse to take the boot off the car unless we pay the fee. ***** ******* ********** and Deep Six towing are unethical and just trying to make money on people. I do NOT recommend living at ************* **********.Initial Complaint

My car was "booted" by Deep Six Parking on Monday, July 29th, in the ***********************************. Idaho statute ******* says that cars are allowed to be booted but a sign must be posted in a clearly conspicuous location, in large print. There is only a small, 10x12" sign at the entrance to the ***************** parking lot saying that there is no visitor parking. There is no indication anywhere else in the parking lot that parking spaces are reserved for residents. This is a complaint against Limelight Village Apartment Complex as well as Deep Six Parking.Initial Complaint

The service and how I was talked to is very unacceptable. They did not listen to what I had to say and actually hung up on me! Very uncalled for. The lady that helped me seemed to be on drugs and very disrespectful! The signs where I was located are very poorly placed as I tried to explain that. The lady said it is not my fault. If you don't want your car towed or booted don't park here. I get I did something wrong but how I was treated was very uncalled forBusiness Response
