      July 30, 2021 at approximately 6:30pm.People involved.The person who served us: ****** (First Name, second in charge).My self: Shyra Thee Irons.My Girlfriend: *********************************** My 4 children.The server had unprofessional attitude. Service and cleanliness was horrible. 1. My daughter saw a black item in the salt. We advised the waitress. She proceeded to open the lid to the salt shaker. Pour it in her hand and walked over to the other tables (dirty table, customer left) across from us pour the black item out in her had and dump it in the dirty dishes. The waitress proceeded to put the salt shaker lid back on and set it back on our table for use. Then stated it was a piece of cilantro. 2. She served other customers and attend to them, and they even received their food before us.3. I, ***** ordered a Nacho Stake Dish. She served me a chicken fajita. After 10min of waiting for her to serve the remaining dishes for 3 of my family members. ********* advised her my order was incorrect. She stated "I heard ******'s and proceeded to grab the two plates she set down and stated do you want the Nachos while grabbing one of the two plates that contained the fajita. I then advised her, I'll just take it, thinking this would be comp for customers service, and it being her mistake.4. ********* had the Menudo and it was nothing but broth. We advised her, she stated sorry and kept walking off avoiding us. We then just walked out and paid the bill and it was $113.19. 5. We kindly asked the waitress ****** how they would Comp for the mix up, since it was not what I ordered. Mind you we only asked to Comp just one item.****** proceeded say I offered to get you what you want and since you kept the order I'm charging you. We advised her od the salt incident. She stated she didn't care. My partner commented, we will never come her again and it use to be my favorite.****** advised: I don't care!We advised ***** another server who worked there.
