**** is excellent to work with! He is the go-to guy for insurance coverage. He kept in constant contact with us, answered all of our numerous questions and worked endlessly with our insurance to get the full coverage for our total roof replacement so we were only out the deductible. I learned a lot and actually enjoyed the process. He even went above and beyond his obligations and helped us fix a problem that wasn't his fault. His crew is distinguished for their work ethic and commitment, and high quality of workmanship.All said, once we committed to Omega, **** took over and we didn't have to hassle with our insurance or worry about our coverage while I sat back, learned about roofing, and enjoyed the whole experience, which was amazing! A heartfelt THANK YOU to **** and his crew, our new roof looks awesome ~*****************************
