    I called the company and requested the service as advertised (Dryer Duct Cleaning). When I set the appointment, I informed them I have a discount coupon valued at $25.00 off the original price. At the completion of the appointment the payment was requested by the technician, which I paid the full price. After he left, I realized I did not receive my discount of $25.00 (As Advertised) so I called the office immediately, and was informed they would review the issue and get back to me regarding the refund.After several weeks of no response, I called back (Spoke with **** the owner) and was informed they will not be honoring the discount (As advertised) and did not want to go through the hassle of doing any paperwork and then hung up on ***** not do business with this company as they do not honor their advertised services.
