    My wife and I got married on July 15th, 2023. We hired Emily Gammon as our photographer. We only had access to our online gallery for a few weeks before the link to our online gallery went dead.We have tried to get in contact with Emily many times, starting December 16th, 2023.We would like to have access to our photos again if she still has them. Many of the vendors we hired never got the chance to see them, and we have since lost access to them as my wife's computer had to be erased.If possible, we would also like to have access to some of the raw images taken at the event.We have tried dozens of times to get in contact with Emily. The message sent via Instagram on December 16th, 2023 was seen and ignored. All messages sent afterward have been ignored. We have called, texted, and ******** messaged. We have also sent emails, but her email address is no longer active. Her phone number has also been disconnected.Thank you for any help you might be able to provide!

    We booked Emily to do our wedding photos on 10/6/2023. She was paid in full, and has not provided a single wedding photo that was contractually agreed upon. Between my wife and myself, we have tried to contact her by phone and email over 10+ times since the wedding, with zero response from her. She had 6 weeks to provide all our photos, and we have received nothing. She has completely disappeared and taken our money, without providing the contractually agreed photos as promised. We just want our wedding photos as promised. That is the resolution we are seeking.

    Emily Gammon Photography was hired as our photographer for a May 28, 2022 wedding. She was paid in full by May 21, 2022 for a total of $2000.00. The photos were to be delivered six weeks after the wedding but took close to ten weeks without any communication from her that it would take longer than contractually agreed upon. When we did receive the photos, we were disappointed and confused that many of them (about 20-25%) were delivered in black and white with no color version available. This is not something we requested. So, we asked her to send all the photos in color instead, so we could decide which photos, if any, we would like in b/w. We first asked for this on September 5, 2022 (via email) and 10 additional times since then, and still do not have our color photos. She actually responded via email, on 11/12/22, stating that the photos would be delivered to my Emal that very evening, but they never came. I notified Ms. ********************** that they were not received and stated I had thoroughly scoured my Inbox. I suggested that she just snail mail a thumb drive if there was some problem with email but still have received no further communication nor our wedding photos in color. We simply would like all our wedding photos in color and have been unsuccessful in trying to work with this vendor directly.
